| Ilanah shrugged some and leaned back in her seat. "Alright...." She said with some measure of trust in her tone. "You can just pull up to the garage and park this inside. It's the furthest port down on the left." She told him as she indicated towards the garage area. "He's not home anyway....he's on another business trip. Theed this time I believe. He would like you though....a lot."

| She seemed to be softening up to him, or else it was the drugs still having their grasp on her mind. He couldn't imagine meeting her father in the way that she seemed to imply it. However, it wasn't something that was out of his mind at this point. She was in fact a gorgeous woman. He was starting to let his feelings get the best of him. He quickly cleared his mind, focusing on making sure this woman was safe.
He pulled the speeder into the garage, just like she instructed him to do. As he pulled into the indicated port, he would turn the ignition off, and looking over to her with a big smile on his face, "Welcome back home. Do you need help inside? You still seem to be a little out of it..."

| "You can if you wa.....oh shit." Lana started, her thought being suddenly interrupted by the appearance of a very angry Domnhail, who was thundering from the house and into the garage area. The maid, who was usually her only adult supervision (not that Ilanah, being of age, legally needed....or wanted it) in the house, was a little upset and she would let both Ilanah and Kal know it. Of course, Ilanah paid her no mind, as usual, and got out of the car.
"Really Domnhail? I had no idea it was five am. Kal, did you know?" She dragged the poor, unsuspecting young man in, almost as her human shield to protect her from the onslaught of fury that was Domnhail. "What have we been doing? Boozing it up and whoring around....you know, the usual. Anything to make daddy look bad." Ilanah smirked some and the woman ended her tirade nearly as fast as it began, out of sheer frustration.
Once Domnhail was gone and back into the house, Ilanah glanced to Kal and offered a half smile. Yes, she was a little more than just a little out of it, and her attitude alone probably already destroyed any opinion he had of her at that point. If he knew her though, like really knew her, he would learn that she wasn't this rude and stoned out spoiled princess. That wasn't likely to happen though, she thought, as she watched the Jedi pensively. "Thanks....for, you know...the driving and carrying and stuff...."

| Upon seeing the main storming out into the garage, Kal just froze. He had never been through any situation like this. Before he knew it, Ilanah had gotten out and started yelling at her, and motioned to him, asking him a question and dragging him into the 'discussion'. He didn't say a thing, mainly cause he was unsure how to respond. He wasn't one to lie, even if it was for a woman like her.
As the maid headed back into the estate, Kal slowly got out, closing the door behind him, and walking over to her as she thanked him for the things he did for her. He would give her a slight nod, responding, "No need to thank me. I was just making sure you were ok and got home safe." There was a small pause before he would continue, "Well, I guess I will be seeing you at the ball. I hope you get some rest and have a good night." He wasn't exactly sure how he was going to get back to his hotel, but he would end up finding a way. He would give her a slight wave before turning and making his way out of the garage.

| She hadn't really yelled at Domnhail, rather it was the other way around. Ilanah tended to antagonize and then ignore the woman, as she did tonight. After all, Domnahail was not her mother; her mother was gone. She watched Kal start to walk away and she sighed. "It's a long walk back to town..." She called after him as she sat down on the step in the garage.
"We have a ridiculous number of guest rooms....or you can take my speeder back if you don't want to stay." Ilanah offered.

| He turned around, and walked back into the garage, "You know, I was just wondering what I was going to do...." He would come sit down beside her on the step, "I will gladly take that offer and occupy one of those guest rooms tonight." He honestly didn't want to walk all the way back nor did he want to take her speeder. He wasn't the type to borrow things from people.

| Ilanah dropped her head on his shoulder, tiredly. In just the short time since they had left the club, and arrived at her home, she had gotten really tired. It was late, and she had partied a little too hard that night. Not that she would admit that. "Sure...I can show you a room....or Domnhail can..." Ilanah yawned and then tried to pull herself to her feet before she stepped into the manor.
Everything was back to order, considering the huge party that had been thrown there earlier...and the mess that went with it. She glanced back to Kal and pulled her jacket off and left it over the back of a chair, and her shoes on the floor nearby. "Are you intimidated?" She smirked some and made her way into the foyer, with its double, curved staircases that led to the upstairs of the manor. Ilanah stumbled some, though she caught herself before she fell on the steps.

| Intimidated? By the manor that he would be staying in tonight? No, not intimidated. He would follow her around through the first floor and to the staircase where she would begin to step up to the second floor. She would stumble, but catch herself before he could react. He would make sure to stay close so that she wouldn't fall back.
"No, I'm not intimidated at all by this place. I've got no reason to be." He calmly shook off her question and allowed her to know that he wasn't easily intimidated by mere ritsy things.

| Ilanah shrugged and offered him a small smile. "I meant by all of it. But I guess you wouldn't be, would you?" She said, with just a hint of sarcasm. She made it safely up the steps and stopped so he could catch up. The drugs were starting to wear off, so she was thinking clearer. Once he was at her side, she glanced up at him for a long moment.
"I haven't been....I haven't even very nice to you and you're still here making sure I'm alright. Not many people would do that. No one I know, anyway."

| As he would catch up, and at her side again, she would tell him that she hadn't been very nice and even though she wasn't, he was still willing to make sure everything was alright. He took a second and thought about it. He had been nearly going out of his way to make sure this woman, who he never met before this night, wasn't harmed and was returned home safely. Why was he doing that? He would ask himself, in his head. Of course he knew the answer, immediately. It was just the type of person he was.
He would stand there, turned towards her, and would easily respond to her comment, "I was just doing what I believed to be the right thing."
