| A holographic request in surprisingly good quality would come from the Senex-Juvex Sector, specifically the planet Antiquity which in the past records showed only had voice communications. The transmission would be from Bane Hax himself, politely requesting a few minutes of floor time to speak on very pressing matters, if the Chancellor will allow it.

| I must first thank from the bottom of my heart Alyn Stark, who pioneered the Stark-Hax Trade Agreement, you sir are a true gentleman and a statesman for daring to reach across a divide and grasp anothers hand in friendship, even if we disagree about some matters of social-economic policy.
I also thank from the bottom of my heart the Lorrdian Government for making this deal possible, and the people of Lorrd they represent who have taken the first step toward reunifying the Senex-Juvex with the Republic.
I also thank our exclusive supplier of arms under the agreement, who we have awarded a ten year contract, Lorrd Engineering, thankyou for breaking the mold and putting your company out there by doing the unconventional. Every Republic citizen and group involved in this deal is a hero and savior to House Hax, we will not forget it.
Beings of the Senate.
I can now address you directly via holo-communications for the first time in many years. I do so from the turret of a Civil Defense Anti-Riot Vehicle, one of many my worlds are now able to use to restore order in our populations. These armaments we have been provided for have allowed us to ensure the current stability on my worlds by allowing us to track down camps of runaway labourers using the sophisticated scanners aboard the speeders we have been able to buy.
With flame weapons we never thought to be able to safely develop ourselves we have been able to burn through runaway labourer and criminal tunnel and cave networks with ease. While this very vehicle I am in now has cut the damage by worker riots 50%. May the Force be with Lorrd.
Our heartfelt thanks goes out to Lorrd and their negotiator, the Honourable Lord Alyn Stark, who signed heroic trade deals with my worlds despite the intractable and inflexible Republic edicts on the matter. I urge you, the Galactic Senate, to stand and give this hero of free-trade and reconciliation a vote of thanks.
Also, now the Trade Embargo imposed on the basis of an opinion about social and economic structuring of societies hundreds of years ago at the Fourth Nantama Synod must be dropped. the Senex-Juvex has a stable economic system which has functioned now in peace since four hundred and sixty years ago... I urge you Senators, follow the example of mutual profit, development and stability Lorrd and House Hax have built. Follow the example the Lorrdians have made and join in friendship and trade with the Senex and Juvex Sectors as we did in the distant past.
No more make us deal under the table when buying from the Republic, using front Corporations outside of Republic space.. No more dealing with smugglers like criminals when we need to buy power generators or supplies. The Republic has made the Senex-Juvex suffer underdevelopment, poverty and disorder, for what? A point of principle? I ask you to realize, you have punished us enough and like Lord Stark you must forgive and learn to cohabit with us and our way of life as friends.
Lorrd has heroically made a stand, who now will take her by the hand?

| A few seconds of silence filled the chamber.
Will the Senator of Lorrd stand by me and condemn Alyn Stark for his crimes against everything your world stands for. The Lorrdians are a people freed from slavery, and now Alyn Stark, His House and his company Lorrd Engineering have insulted their own heritage in the worst way imaginable.
Will legal action be taken against them on Lorrd in addition to that which under the laws of the Republic must take place. I ask the Judiciary Committee, what scrutiny is being undertaken of the evidence? When will we see real action to prevent further crimes happening while a full investigation takes place.
I also call upon the Chancellor to Order a Military Arms Regulatory Bureau probe into the ethics of those running Lorrd Engineering, if the whole company turns out to be rotten, I hope the arms mongers lose their Corporate Licenses.
Flamethrowers were sold that even now are roasting slaves who run from captivity in the Juvex Sector... Flamethrowers this agreement transferred I wonder what the price in blood and suffering the slaves of House Hax have suffered thanks to the Stark-Hax Trade Agreement.

| Let the Lorrdian Senator speak; does he confirm or deny the truth that the Stark-Hax Agreement exists and that multiple Lorrdian groups associated t Lord Stark are now tainted with the corruption of being suppliers of arms to slaves? If they confirm it, then may the Force have Mercy on them for I would not; I'd see the Justice System ruin any group so corrupt as to so shamelessly break an embargo with good moral reason.
If this is a lie, then I urge House Stark to make the fact of their blamelessness known, and to demonstrate the fact to the Judiciary so they might declare there is no cases to hear regarding the matter.
Admission, or Denial. I blame you not for either Senator Lekpin, but I do hold you complicit in trying to hide the facts if you persist in not making a statement.

I don't think you could prosecute here without locking up half the Lorrdian nobility.
In any case. Let's hear what Lorrd says about it. I don't think prosecution will achieve anything, no chastisement will teach Lord Stark a lesson, and we will not detain him indefinitely, so why not just leave him to whatever he is or is not doing.

| While it is not the issue at hand. I for one would support the opening of trade in essentials and medical supplies, so long as we aren't paid out of the profit of the slaves sweat and all of that. If they could sell us, say, a ton of gold, why shouln't we provide them with a prefabricated hospital complex? I believe the action is morally beneficial to the enslaved and does not prop up or perpetuate their masters.
But a matter for discussion another day. I yield the floor.

There was indeed an agreement between House Stark and House Hax, the legalities of which were dealt with by the Lorrdian Minister of Trade, Paul Jenner. Lord Stark's correspondence with Lord Hax would be little other than words, especially if brokered by himself. The agreement was brought up before House Garth, though apparently House Volmen was left out of the knowledge. The deal itself was secured by our Minister of Trade.
Now, before accusations start flying about, I'd request Chancellor Pryce grant the floor to Lord Stark himself, so that he might speak his own words.
