While this is all well and good to consider, I'd have to ask precisely what foodstuffs you'd be able to supply, and what specifically you'd be wanting in return. After all, unless we are straight out buying each others' products, I would need to calculate out the value of the food you'd be sending against the value of the arms, ships or armors I'd be shipping out to make sure everything was fairly processed and equal.

| I propose per month we open trade to the value of 5 Million Republic Dataries a month, the contract would be for ten years then reviewed. Lorrd would be our exclusive choice for all products, the authorized trade agent will attempt to purchase products on Lorrd but may purchase them elsewhere if he cannot find a Lorrdian supplier. Lorrd Engineering would be our exclusive supplier of arms for ten years likewise.
Alyn Stark would be the authorized trade agent and take in renumeration. 4 tuns of Rum and 10 Tons of Tabac a month in recognition of his role.
Bane Hax agrees to allow Alyn Stark to be the only one to buy goods for Lorrd from his worlds. Lorrdians may "not skip the middleman" and buy direct in an attempt to get a cheaper rate. Alyn Stark will be contacted about all such occurences.
We offer the following prices (below the Market ones, as discussed)
Mixed Fruit - 100 Credits per ton
Pork - 200 Credits per ton
Rice - 500 Credits per ton
Sugar - 400 Credits per ton
Cotton - 1000-5000 Credits per ton (depending on quality)
Tabac - 3,000 Credits per ton
Hand Made Traditional Hot sauce - 17,000 per container
Rum - 5,000 per tun (a tun being the largest type of wooden barrel at 953 liters)
You can order monthly what exactly you have in demand, you may select all one product or any mix of them. If you do not place an order for a month you will get a delivery including all of the above but focusing on the crop in season.
In return we would purchase that value of Lorrdian products. Any amount we didn't specifically order we would want filled with any industrial generators, agricultural machinery or computers that are available on the market for a reasonable price, and at least a million credits worth of the total on fuel.
Our first month would be
1 Orbital Space Dock meeting these specifications - 2,000,000 Credits
10 Lorrd Engineering CDARV - 120,000 Credits
10 Lorrd Engineering Claw-class Airspeeder - 150,000 Credits
500 LEA Persuader Mk. VI - 400,000 Credits
1,000 Lorrd Engineering LEA Darkbringer Mk. III - 1,500,000
25 Industrial Power Generators - 25,000 Credits
Fuel for the Power Generators and Vehicles - 80,000 Credits
4 Anti-Infantry Turrets meeting these specifications - 68,000 Credits
A Comms Array (suitable for a planet) - 20,000 Credits
A Container of Lorrdian Glassware - 1,000 Credits
100 Electric Shock Prods - 2,000 Credits
2 R1 Astromech Droids - 2,000 Credits
Next month
1 Space Station to these Specifications with sufficient defenses to protect itself from pirates.
1 Prefabricated Factory
Any excess in mixed Lorrdian goods.

With the recent issue Lorrd has suffered, these foodstuffs will be a welcome trade item. In return, of course, I find the items you request built to be well within the scope of Lorrd Engineering's current output. The space stations will be a larger production, but still within proper elements.
While I would like to be the only one who can purchase goods for Lorrd, I'm afraid I'll have to decline that honor and place it in the hands of the Minister of Trade, Paul Jenner. To accept such an honor for myself would put me at odds with House Garth and Volmen, and Lorrd cannot afford internal issues at this time. However, I'm not amiss to the crates of rum and tabac for brokering this deal, so to speak.
I'll have to run it past the other Houses, as a formality of course, and the Minister of Trade will no doubt sign off on it, but you may consider the deal closed, Lord Hax. A pleasure doing business with you.

I look forward to getting all of that paperwork sorted out as soon as possible. I weep for your world's suffering and as a sign of respect donate a hundred tuns of Vintage Antiquity Rum to your people which will be packed and ready to dispatch with the first months load. Alcohol helps sweatout the chemicals which may be irradiated. I read that somewhere. At any rate the people can at least have some sort of celebration.
Once we have a copy of the final agreement (with your changes inserted) the cargo can be underway in a day. Our speed in fulfilling orders will always be as fast as possible for we understand perishable products must get to market quickly. We understand the delivery of other items such as space stations may take time. We would accept second hand products for things like the communications array if you're not equipped to build them.
