| The Ciutric Hegemony Interstellar Protection Force
A slow and ponderous force which mainly has served as a vanity addition to the rulers of the Hegemony (the House Pestage) who rule the hegemony through a balance of alliances with the houses who are friendly to them, and outright brutal violence (although naturally such violence would be done discretely in a suitably deniable manner) toward their open opponents. Essentially, the Hegemony controls almost all the seriously (above a billion) populated worlds in it's whole corner of the Galaxy and it controls it through treading softly but carrying a Taim & Bak Turbolaser Battery.
1 Dreadnaught-class Heavy Cruiser (Upgraded Configuration)

3 Battle-Horn-class Bulk Cruiser
2 Flare-class Light Frigate (pending it's approval)
The Axxila Anti-Pirate Squadron
Having a degree of Autonomy from the rest of the Military as it's been recognized that such a force needs to be autonomous of the politics of the Ciutric Hegemony Armed forces in general in order to avoid becoming inefficient and corrupt. They are ruthless, efficient and well trained, concentrating heavily on eliminating piracy in the Ciutric Hegemony in general and the Axxila-Tangrene hyperlane in particular.
A high quality force of up to date ships and crew trained at the finest academies such as Carida or Anaxes sponsored by the Techno Union (who are investing heavily in the many industrial centers and markets of the Hegemony to assure the level of piracy is reduced.

System Defenses
Each System except Ciutric IV and Axxila (home of the Anti-Pirate Fleet), plus any uninhabited worlds obviously have nothing except perhaps a remote sensor beacon or Research Outpost:

1 Dedicated Defense Platform
Ciutric IV has heavy orbital defenses
1 Golan-I Space Defense Platform
2 Dedicated Defense Platform (Guarding orbital space habitats)
Axxila has always stated it had no need for defense platforms when it's Antipirate Fleet is famed across the Galaxy and is it's "guarantee" of total safety. As such there is no form of defensive orbital here.

And to note. As Rothana has no foreign policy, being totally in the thrall of KDY. The Hegemony under Kadram would be an entirely separate fief and there wouldn't be any cross over in forces (as Rothana has no forces which aren't RHE forces or KDY Security, neither of which are freely at Kadram's disposal except in his professional capacity).

I'd like to note a caveat that:
Except in defense, neither force may be used with the other.
The Hegemony's official fleet is an array of outdated large ships with smaller craft in escort which are more modern. They're slow and ponderous but effective en-masse against actual threats. The Anti-Pirate Fleet is an elite special unit which exists canonically using the best ships and will be a home for figures such as Piett to gain experience in future...Added (21 May 14, 12:35 PM)

| As was pointed out with Grizmallt, Jace felt it better that Grizmallt and the Hegemony don't actually have fleets and are more just 'present' than an actual presence, if that makes sense. Adding too many external fleets and forces does tend to clutter things. It would be one thing if Grizmallt or the Hegemony had a small, light raiding force or some privateers of some kind, but an actual large fleet is unnecessary for a faction that doesn't have actual senate representation and also falls under the sway of a character who is tied in to another group (Rothana and the Techno Union) already.

| It's anti-piracy fleet I think is certainly merited... If nothing else as a showcase of technology. And because it exists in the canon. The anti-Pirate fleet would just be a purely defensive force to hit raiders and chase them. No aggressive use.
The other fleet I can happily see trimmmed (actually I planned the current Republic delegation to negotiate them to dismantle all but Corvettes). I can caveat that it wont ever be used with TU forces (Including Rothana, Kuat etc) and that it is what it appears, the fleet of the Hegemony. I.e. I want these forces there to be the focus of arms reduction negotiations - not ever for any combat use.
What if I drop another Bulk Cruiser?

| I'm going to wait to see how we rule on Grizmallt before posting on this, because the degree of control that Ordan has over Grizmallt for RP purposes is probably going to be comparable to whatever we do here with the Ciutric Hegemony, since Ordan's claim to Grizmallt and Kadram's claim to the Ciutric Hegemony are based more or less on the same tactic.

| I do think this is a bit different of a situation, here there's a marriage specificially to get his company's ships into the local fleet as I specified in the request.
Grizmallt hes just the King-Consort now having modified the situation so they wont be used together (cant be, thanks to them having no mobile ships in my request)
