Personality: Often silent, preferring for his actions to speak for his intent, when he does speak, he is to the point, but knows when to provide inspiration. Perhaps stereotypical for a True Mandalorian, he prefers action and strength. He seeks to restore the True Mandalorians to a true military force, rather than a collection of mercenaries, assassins and pirates they have become, and has instituted several training and organizational reforms to enforce this. To fund his war effort against the New Mandalorians, he still utilizes the True Mandalorians as a mercenary force, putting them up for hire to the highest bidder in need of their services, despite his personal disagreement with the practice.
Background: Born on Mandalore, in the jungle, he knew from infancy the true freedom Mandalore provided, not the propaganda the New Mandalorians spread in the wastelands. His family lived simply, in an ever roaming village of vhey'yaim, which the Varad Clan had taken to since the Mandalorian Excision.
From a young age, his father taught him the ways of the Mandalorian Warrior, and he proved himself in hunts during adolescence, crafting his own armor and weapons, with his father also teaching him the ways of farming and smithing. Sadly, he would lose his father's influence and guidance shortly after his fifteenth birthday; as he was killed during a raid on New Mandalorian settlements. Orphaned, his uncle, who had been living on Concord Dawn, took him in, saving him during a New Mandalorian reprisal attack on his village that left is in flames.
He spent the remainder of his adolescence on Concord Dawn, joining the True Mandalorians. Once becoming an adult, he sought out to make his mark as a warrior among the mercenaries, but was apalled by their cutthroat attitudes. He gained renown by being respectful to his men, and treating them as brothers. As he rose in the ranks, more and more followed him as more of a leader than a commander. After twenty years of service in the True Mandalorians, gaining the rank of Commander, he chose to challenge the Mandalore, following a disastrous mission to ?. The battle was quick, but bloody, and in the end, he stood alone as Mandalore. Whereas many expected a power struggle to ensue, the True Mandalorians fell in-line quickly.
Instantly, he instituted his reforms, which lead to heavy attrition among the True Mandalorians, but the deserters were often hunted down and killed for their treachery. Now, eighteen years after taking power, his control is unquestioned of the True Mandalorians, and he has begun a personal war against the New Mandalorians for control of Mandalore itself.
