| After much deliberation. As the Senator of Alsakan I have made the decision that while both Kruus and Kongming are good beings, goodness is not the sole virtue needed here, and I believe in and can only vote for systemic change which has a roadmap and a clear ideological objective, to build a better Republic, to restore trust in the Government and the Jedi Order, to make the Galactic Republic a new golden age. And only one being has made the detailed policy commitments (rather than vague promises or statements of intent), and that's Senator Luneray Kruus.
Thus Alsakan is proud, as the first system in culture and respect for the rights of all beings, to cast it's vote for Senator Luneray Kruus.

| Telos IV votes for Senator Luneray Kruus. I sincerely believe Senator Kruus will bring the betterment of the Galactic Republic as a whole. His policies outline some of the ideas I am certainly in favor of. My planet sincerely hope that if this candidate wins the election, he would bring a new, positive era for our government that has run for thousands and thousands of years.

| It was my honor to nominate Senator Luneray Kruus for Chancellor, and it is my honor to vote for him as well, for the reasons I've stated. I would also like to take a moment to note the historic nature of this election; for the first time, both of the major candidates for Chancellor are non-Human. I see this as a great accomplishment for this Republic. So many Chancellors of this Republic have been Human. Myself, and the Diversity Bloc of non-Human Senators, are hopeful that the Republic, as it enters the thousandth year of its modern existence, may yet leave the prejudice of the past behind it. I also commend both Senator Kruus and Senator Kongming for running clean, honorable campaigns, and doing justice to the cause of Diversity.
