| Metellos is responsible for the conduct of its people on other Republic worlds and in Allied Regions that have recourse in Republic courts. There would certainly be no tolerance for a Metellosian "crusade" against Alderaan, for instance. The Metellosian "crusaders" would be punished in the manner I recommended to Governor Tarkin a moment ago. But beyond the Republic? No, Metellos wouldn't be responsible (provided there are no travel or commercial bans in place, such as with the Senex-Juvex worlds), nor is Eriadu responsible for what these "crusaders" do. Unless it results in environmental degradation, of course; Republic citizens may, in certain cases, be prosecuted for environmental degradations that occur outside of Republic space. But this is rare, as there is no agreed-upon authority which assesses whether or not such degradation has occurred.
