| A dark jedi by the name of Trevor Fenn had chosen a suitable location for the meeting. In fact, there may not be a better choosing of the location. This wouldn't be, however, for those who do not outdoors so much. It wasn't the choice, but rather the path he had taken to get to the meeting. Whether his acquaintances could take a similar path would be of no concern to him, as long as they are able to meet Trevor on time without any suspicions from the local authorities or, rather, the Nubian Security Forces. Rori was a swampy moon, one that has some similarities and some differences to that of Naboo. Naboo had considered Rori an extension of its own planet, and hence, transportation between the planet and the moon had been regularly ferried back and forth. Thus, he was 'hiding in the plain sight.' The dark jedi had chartered a short flight from Naboo to Rori, under an alias of a regular hitchhiker from Corellia. Hell, he even dressed up as a typical hitchhiker. Once he had gotten from Theed to a colony on Rori by the name of Narmle, he had gotten information from a local guide about the wilderness of Rori. Mainly, he did it to make it known he was a first-time traveler of the moon. That was far from the truth, asking about a good location to establish his dainty tent. As he had "collected" the information of the local wilderness, he would set out of Narmle and into the wilderness.
The man was not without weapons, obviously. The lightsaber he usually possess were hidden away inside his backpack, his only visible weapon was a simple wooden, walking stick. After a good few hours of "wandering around" like a dumbfounded hitchhiker, he had gotten to a nearby cave. Setting down his backpack, he'd take the lightsaber out and attach it to his belt. About ten minutes into setting up his own tent some nearby distance away from the cave, wanting to maintain his hitchhiker cover, a couple of human kassoti spice miners would approach him. "Well, well. Who do we have here?" One of the miners would chuckle, and shook his head. A dark-skinned man, with a set of brown eyes and a long, wavy hair and a height and weight of six-feet tall and two-hundred pounds. The second one was slightly shorter than his dark-skinned co-worker. This man was a little older, perhaps in early thirties with a dark brown short hair, a full-grown beard, and a set of blue-colored eyes. The two miners would take a long, hard stare at Trevor, and this dark jedi would return the favor. This was turning into a standoff.
It took about a full thirty seconds before one of the miners couldn't maintain his current stance, and burst out with a series of chuckles. "Sorry. I couldn't stay serious with you, Trevor." The elder miner would wrap his arms around the terrorist, hugging him for a moment before pulling back. The younger miner did the same. Trevor shook his head, "Dank. Gomer." Trevor uttered the names of each miner, looking at each one when the name was mentioned. "Don't be idiots. You know why you're here." The dark jedi snarled at his miner acquaintances, "Uh-huh, we may be friends, but we aren't that good of friends yet." Dank shot back at the young man with the lightsaber. Trevor would roll his eyes, "You're lucky I'm usually in a generous mood whenever I see you idiots." He would take out four credits, and gave two to each miners. "Now you know what to do. Scram!" Trevor barked at the miners as they would set off to do some patrolling for the dark jedi, but only patrolling. Sometimes, he find it easy to outsource a fresh set of eyes. Especially if he did not want to attract a lot of attention, and it was easier to use the natives. Indeed, his faction had begun a very small, secretive business with a faction of disgruntled human kassoti spice miners. The true nature of their business would have to be found out at a later date, but there was no doubts it was nothing more than a minor drug trade in order to boost profits for both parties.
The dark jedi had given both miners a couple of burned comlinks, only to be disposed of after the meeting would be concluded. Moving back into the cave, he would await for both parties to show up. It was a crucial part of his upstart campaign, to show to the rest of the galaxy that no one is truly safe. In order to guarantee safe passage for his friends, he decided to charter a couple of separate flights for a well-known pirate and a twi'lek pilot he had preferred to outsource from time to time. In fact, she may have been an acquaintance of his. Trevor did not care how either persons could reach Naboo, but he couldn't risk all parties of blowing cover before their first mission together even begins. Hence, a couple of charter pilots would be given the names of both the pirate's and the pilot's alias. The dark jedi also had ensured to leave his alias' name at a local hitchhiker's guidepost, as simple as connecting a couple more hitchhikers to another.
Now, the dark jedi awaits the appearances of his allies...

| Kinsa had reached Naboo on a public transport, of all things. Sometimes, hiding in plain sight was the best way to hide, not that she had anything to hide. Not yet, at least. It hadn't taken her a great deal of time to figure out where the rendezvous point was once she arrived on the planet, nor did it take her long to get there. A cave was really less than ideal, but she really did not have a right to judge. She was just being paid for what she did...piloting. Not a typical Twi'lek occupation, but she was hardly typical.
"Well, Mr. Fenn....what can I do for you this time?"

| Lim Hejin had come down on a Citadel-class civilian cruiser, his personal vessel when away from the Arcadia. It wasn't a bad ship, purchased new and all, and it packed a punch for a small craft, as well as sufficing to carry comfortably his primary crew. He'd come in under the radar, landing deep in the forests. Hejin would not have trusted anyone else to take him in. Leaving Trigger and Keji to watch the ship, Hejin traveled with Petra and Klaus to the rendezvous. A cave, of all places? Well, at least it kept them out of sight from fly-overs and satellites.
When he and his people finally stepped into the cave and their eyes adjusted, Hejin could tell the cave ran deeper, and the sound of water from beyond. Another way in... or out, if the need arose. Well, it would suffice for a meeting place. The smuggler still wasn't quite fully trusting of the dark Jedi; who would be? Nobody could ever truly trust a Force-user, as such. Still, the man was paying, and that would suffice well enough.
"Trevor Fenn," Hejin said by way of greeting, noting the Twi'lek female present as well. "Let's hear your pitch and if it's good, we'll go along. My crew and I haven't gotten this far on taking pointless risks."

| The first thing Trevor did upon recognizing the others making an appearance was to observe the body language of others closely. Of course, his eyes did not make it obvious for others to notice he was doing so. However, to one that may be experienced in a such expertise, he would be caught seen observing the others. This subtle gesture was a small indication of how much all parties had put trust into each other. The dark jedi immediately noticed that, especially both Hejin and Tracen, were not accustomed to the surroundings of the meeting place. "Welcome to Rori. I apologize if the meeting isn't up to smugglers' standards." By smugglers' standards, he meant metting in Mos Eisley for drinks. His tone was somewhat calm, focused. If anyone had known him pretty well, they would know enough to know this type of tone simply meant he was up to something. Usually, Trevor would simply spout out endless lines of fanatical crap. But if he isn't being his usual crazy self, then there is certainly something to worry about.
The dark jedi crossed his arms and a smirk would begin to appear on his face. His gaze would catch his twi'lek friend's own eyes first, and nodding at her just once. Trevor had used her in a few missions before, and is handy to have when one needs a way out of a tight situation. Then his eyes moved from the freelance pilot, and toward the well-known smuggler. "Oh, I may be crazy, but I am certainly not stupid. Mr. Hejin...if you like what I have to offer, then I can assure you that you and your men will be facing certain risk. But it will be far from pointless." Trevor would normally tell them to sit down, but for the moment, all there was inside the cave besides three smugglers, one freelancer, and a dark jedi was a small table laid out with a large piece of paper resting on it gently. No chairs present.
It would be clear to all parties involved Trevor did not intend to keep the meeting long enough for them to sit down and swap old war stories. He was a man of action, preferring to keep communication as simple and clear as possible so that there would be a little time for any type of authorities to attempt to thwart each one of his campaign. That is, if anyone ever manage to find anything out about any of his past, present, and future campaigns. The dark jedi would clear his throat before continuing to speak, "There is a research center in the city of Vis on Naboo. The city itself is not as heavily guarded as the city of Theed or Otoh Gunga are. Most of Nubian Security Forces stationed at the city are likely to be guarding an important transmitter. We are not invading Vis, mind you. I am not that crazy yet." Trevor would continue to observe the facial expressions on both Hejin's and Tracen's faces, wondering if they would actually go for this plan. "I believe if we are able to coordinate a well-timed attack upon the research center, then we would be able to kidnap a team of scientists and escape off-world." Trevor would begin to pace back and forth gently, deciding to finish his explanation off. "We can buy ourselves some time, and throw the Nubian authorities off track, by making it look like the Gungans hired us to do the job. After all, with the tensions between the Gungans and the Naboo, it only takes a little to spark...an armed conflict." Yes, Trevor was underlining his agenda. It was not something the others might be so interested in, but it was a need-to-know basis for all parties involved. "We could do one of two things with the scientists. The first option is to simply ransom them back to the Nubian government. However, I prefer this option. The other thing we can do is to force them to produce explosives for us to sell on the black market. It is more profitable for us if we decide to take this option." Trevor felt the chills moving up his spine, and oddly, he loved the feeling. He had shuddered to think about the extent of threat Trevor and his men would pose to the Republic if this mission were indeed to be successfully pulled off.
"What do you say, both of you?"

| Kinsa thought about it for a moment and shook her head. "I don't really care what you do with the scientists, honestly. But I am curious as to how you are planning on framing the Gungans for it." She hesitated and then shifted her weight from one foot to the other. "It won't be easy." The TwiLek commented offhandedly. It wasn't her plan, and she was fairly sure all she was going to have to do was fly, so she shouldn't have cared either way.
"I'm up for it...so long as all I have to do is fly."

| 'Smuggler standards.' What a loose term, yet Hejin kept a wry grin from his lips. Mos Eisley was far and away from Hejin's preferred meeting point. Deep space was a good one. Nar Shaddaa was another one. Hejin avoided Tatooine whenever possible, though; the place was a shithole, as far as he was concerned, and Mos Eisley was the giant pimple on the shithole's ass.
When he'd heard Trevor's plan, Hejin shrugged, unwilling to commit as of yet. "I don't care what you do with the scientists; I'm not a terrorist, after all, so if you want to ransom them or have them make bombs for you... well, that's your deal. Still, I have enough ships to crack a research center open and manage to snag some scientists. My men are used to boarding ships, though, not fighting a ground battle. Snatch and grab is all well and good, but my boys don't get paid to take buildings. We're not an army." Well, he had enough men to make a small army, but they weren't trained as an army.
"I agree with the Twi'lek, though," he said after she'd spoken. "Pinning this on the Gungans? Where would they get the money to hire us? Even if Vis isn't as defended as Theed, the Naboo Security Force isn't exactly a pushover institution."

| As the dark jedi had expected, the questions had popped up. It wouldn't be as exciting if he was speaking to a bunch of "yes-people." Trevor shot a brief glance toward the twi'lek female, but said nothing. He figured he would answer the questions regarding the Gungans toward both Hejin and Tracen at once. First things first. He would speak of the scientists and how to grab them, "Oh, I am aware you are not a terrorist...Mr. Hejin. However, whether we would have them ransomed or create explosives, it is not for me. It is for all of us. I do believe splitting profits three-way would be well-earned." Trevor was not the type of person that cared for credits. He simply wanted to become a big of a pain in the ass for the Republic. His purpose is to display that no place in the galaxy is truly safe, that people are enjoying the false sense of security in what they call democracy.
"You and your men are not being paid to take the building. The Nubian Security Forces may not be an armed forces of pushovers, but they aren't exactly an elitist fighting force neither. If we are going to do this, the attack had to be well-timed. You and your men have the capability to crack that research center open, but myself and my best team will be getting inside that building. All you and your men have to do is to hit the NSF defenses of the research center really hard and really fast. Then keep them preoccupied for a short time, probably no more than a few short minutes. That's when the beautiful twi'lek comes in. By the time my team and I get out of the building, her ship will be there to get us away." Now, he knew the male smuggler would ask whether to do with his crew and probably think he was going to hang Lim to the dry. That was far from the case. "Now, now. I am not abandoning a good gunslinger like you. At about the same time we are leaving, you do the same. If you need a distraction to divert the authorities away from you, I have the perfect thing in mind." The dark jedi would grin evilly, "While my team and I are retrieving the scientists, we will be placing a series of explosives. Hence, when we escape we blow the hell out of the place."
Trevor has to explain how they would have to convince the authorities that the gungans were the ones to "hire" them to pull off this job. He shook his head, "Do not underestimate the gungans. They may be primitives, but they are technologically advanced in their own right. I have already stolen their underwater ship they have called the bongo, and I also stole some of their...grenades known as the boomas. Now, my team and I will be moving underwater inside this bongo since there is a river running up to Lake Vis. Before we resurface, we have underwater gear to get out of the bongo. There will be a precise explosion, destroying the ship but not the black box recorder that would be embedded inside the bongo. All we have to mention are how desperate we were to take this job. Since most of the species spend their time within the Gungan world of Naboo, they do not use Republic credits as the primary source of currency. Therefore, it would be hard for the Nubian or Republic authorities to detect the money flow. If you and your men are planning on using speeders and such, I suggest you do the same."
It was becoming more obvious to Lim and Kinsa that the attack would have to come in three separate directions. That was Trevor's intentions, to utilize guerilla warfare and to initiate sectarian violence onto the planet. As well as the fact Trevor was not only a dark jedi, but he was also a man with military tactics. It was in a twisted sense, however. "What do both of you say? I believe we are capable of pulling this off, if everything is moving according to the plan."

| "Aside from the tightened security on Naboo, sure." She replied, idly scuffing the toe of her boot in the dirt of the cave floor. It was a bit of a nervous habit, so to speak, to fidget a little here and there. "I've heard it's mainly in Theed, but I've also heard that the new...ish....King has hired in new forces." She said, though she was sure Trevor would have known that whole story. What she didn't know was the depth of what Trevor knew of the Naboo royal family.
"But yeah, sure. Whatever you want to do. Do I need to come up with a ship, or do you have something in mind?"

| Hejin and his representatives heard Trevor out, then moved some distance away to confer in quiet voices. "I don't like this," Petra said, shooting a glance back towards the Twi'lek and the Dark Jedi. "This smacks of something we're way out of our depth in taking on. I mean, yeah, we've run some piracy, but we don't go out of our way to kill people... or to draw a lot of attention to ourselves. We do this, we'll have to go sit in the Rim for a while. This new Chancellor they have is a hard barve. Even if he is a damn squishy bug."
Klaus, of course, being Klaus, simply grunted and looked as if he wanted to hit things. He wasn't exactly the idea man of the group, though. Hejin ran his fingers through his hair, considering the dilemma. "Petra, love, don't worry so much. We've weathered worse, and this Trevor barve is going to pay well. Besides, it's a quick part for us." Turning on his heel, with a wink to Petra, who scowled at him, Hejin rejoined the group.
"As long as we get our share of the profit, Master Fenn, I could care less. You want the building cracked open, we'll crack it for you alright. I can't guarantee how many scientists will be alive, but the NSF won't be in any shape to do much when you lead your people in. You're gonna have a short, short window though, since I'm not planning on hanging around. The Naboo space force isn't something I feel like playing an extended game of tag with."
