| The Nautilus-class MCNA-1440 Express Transport Liner Luneray Kruus arrived at Telos IV after a swift and uneventful journey up the Hydian. They opened comms channels to the locals with a Humbarine voice oozing amity spoke "Telosian Government, this is the HEV Luneray Kruus, Communications Officer Rykov speaking, we're carrying five billion ration bars donated as emergency relief jointly by Luneray Kruus and the Trade Federation, and a some satellites which can be used to grow food on (since there is a famine on the surface right now)"
Already they began to unload a hundred of the spherical glass VegSats in a LeGrange point close to Telos IV so they would remain stationary and would not operate automatically for the Telosians, control codes and even a shuttle were handed over to the Telos IV government so they could make food runs up to the space larder now put in place by the Humbarine Sector.
The Five Billion Ration bars were given to the Telosian Government sealed in packaging to last several decades and would allow a strategic food reserve to be formed. Senator Kruus put his hands on his hips and grinned wryly "Wot an outwage there was no handwing of this by Pryce." he would comment. "Don't put out a pwess welease, it wooks bettew if it just comes to the pubwic attention and my wecowd can have modesty added to my good twaits" he said in confidence to the Trade Federation flunky he kept around to have someone he could talk candidly with.
