| Robert frowned when the Jedi mentioned meeting with Tommen. Clearing his throat slightly and looking faintly abashed, Robert responded with, "Perhaps a meeting with cousin Tommen might not be the best idea, Master Jedi. While he has a healthy... I will say, respect, for the Jedi and your order, he does not warrant them as much more than a fanciful ancient religion. Most of his time is spent in business, or doing his sch- well, whatever he does. He and I are not close, I should say."
When Ka-Dek changed topics, Robert warmed to the change, however. "Performance Square in Qatamer would be an excellent chance for you to look at art, if such is something that interests you. As well, there are a number of playwrights whose plays are performed in the numerous theaters there.
"Is there anything else I can do for you, Master Jedi?"

| "I know half the Galaxy sees us as weird monks. And between you and me, a good few of us are. But I hope you don't count me among the metaphysics brigade, I, like the Liberator of Lorrd, serve as a Sentinel of the Order, thats a term which could be colloquially translated to 'the ones who like to get out in the fresh air and not stay cooped up in study' but everyone in the Order has a calling I suppose" he chuckled, in an amused mood.
"At any rate, at least the Order isn't evangelizing like many sects, these new monotheists from Eriadu seem to be going door to door everywhere, one handed me a pamphlet when I was on Ord Cestus and told me to repent! If tCan you imagine, starting repenting at my time in life, I'd never have any time left to do anything else!" he shook his head with a smile "Gives religion a bad name, really. In my experience its best to just follow a good, moral life and the rest will work itself out, if theres anything Metaphysical out there."
He listened to the topic change and noted it, but wasn't planning interrogation or investigation on the man, he was genuinely making a conversation because he took pleasure in contact with people and socializing, along with eating, was one of the physical pleasures not denied the Jedi. "I'd be keen to visit Performance Square and will definitely note your suggestion down on my plans. I enjoy a good play, or concert."
He stood to leave with a small bow of thanks "The Jedi Order notes your hospitality granted my Padawan and I, and I appreciate your information about the mining operations. Do remember to let me know about anything from the Jerni Civilization you dig up." His belly rumbled as he paused for a moment One final question for you. Can you suggest the best places to eat on Lorrd and your favourite local dish? I fear I must admit I can be an unrepentant glutton for good, regional food."

| Robert smiled politely when Ka-Dek was discussing the aspects of the Jedi Order. Truthfully, Robert didn't understand all of that and the Force and such things; he was a good mid-level management sort. Sharp enough, but lacking in true ambition, which was why Tommen Garth had shipped him off to run the Jerne facility; Robert was good enough to run a profitable operation without needing someone to look over his shoulder, but he wasn't ambitious or dangerous enough to be a threat to Tommen Garth. More than one Lorrdian lord had, in the past, been unseated by one of his own kin who took over the House.
When Ka-Dek mentioned the food, however, Robert gave it a thought. "There are several good places in Lorrd City, though I don't have a favorite dish, local or otherwise, I'm afraid. You could always try Cialpo's; it's a very expensive upscale establishment. I don't know many of the smaller places, but between there and Istavan's Bakery, I never had any trouble getting full."

| "Well thank you, Robert. You may count me as a friend and call upon me if you are ever in a time of need." he offered his hand to shake "May the Force be with you." was his laconic goodbye, afterward the pair left and started to head to Lorrd to explore a new place.

| Accepting Ka-Dek's hand with a firm grip in return, Robert responded with, "Be safe and, ah, may the Force be with you too." Robert's own reply was about the same level; he didn't know much about the Force, except the Jedi used it to move things with their minds. A useful talent, and he'd often wondered what he'd do with such a skill, but never for too long. There was always work to be done, and the new Alderranian owners of the world didn't change that fact.
