Originally I was thinking about what I should do with this character when it came to this request. I was thinking of writing up small bits of npc mercenary groups with specific numbers etc etc, which only lead to a headache. Instead I've decided that should it come down to a need for npcs they can always be dealt with at a later date. I also intend to try and have Zordo attract other player characters to fill out contracts with him and for him to serve as a broker for those smuggler, mercenary, pirate, etc etc characters that may pop up.
At this point I see Zordo as one of the Hutts that isn't looking to rule this large criminal empire. Yes the Hutts live for a long time, and yes they may even have time to enjoy their little empires, however Zordo see it more like painting a target on ones back and inviting others to try and take over the criminal empire built. He isn't looking to rebuild the Vosadii Kajidic, he thinks that his clan's time has passed and gone. He'll leave the rebuilding of the Kajidic to another Vosadii Hutt with more drive and desire to build a criminal empire. For him he's happy just sitting in his cantina and brokering contracts. Zordo considers his cantina as Neutral territory between all parties, which is emphasized by it being on Du Hutta, which is known for having many private retreats of various Hutts.

I do not foresee Zordo really having a need to travel off of Du Hutta, though if the need arise I will request a ship when it is needed.
