Personality: An idealist and model Naboo to his core, and others would say naive; he believes in the good, or capability of it, by all beings and things. He believes Naboo's pacifism is an ideal to which all people must strive, but since the Trade Federation invasion, has become convinced that Naboo must be protected from any threat. He believes, however, that Naboo should not be above lending help to outsiders, which has led to the belief that he is the ideal officer to command the RSF Outpost in the Dantooine System.
Background: A Captain in the Naboo Royal Security Forces, leading the Raioballo Sector deployed Delta Flight, Captain Rushé began his life on the outskirts of a small trading village in the swamps of Naboo. For him, interactions with the Gungans were a daily affair, and it was the urban Naboo whom were more of strangers to him. He did not leave the village until the age of 21, when it was attacked by the Trade Federation.
Following the battle, he was recruited into the RSF by Lieutenant Vedd Deviss, who trained him on N-X Police Cruisers. He served with rag-tag amalgamated units during the Occupation of the Trade Federation, under Captain Zepél. At the conclusion of the Occupation, due to his heroic service, he was offered a full commission, following training, in the RSF. Founding his true skill in piloting, he accepted.
At first assigned to Alpha Flight following his formal training, he excelled in his missions, and was moved up to Echo Flight. After several high-risk and successful anti-piracy and anti-smuggling operations, as well as a deployment with Republic Judicials, he was moved into Bravo Flight and quickly gained a spot on the escort team for Senator Amidala.
When the opportunity presented itself for his own command, he accepted full-heartedly, taking on command of Delta Flight, which has been deployed to the RSF Outpost in the Dantooine System. Back home, he lives a simple life, owning a houseboat in the area he is from. When home on leave, he fishes and runs trade out of the swamps to the cities.
