| Now he was just messing with her, and left her wanting more. Of course. Ilanah narrowed her eyes only slightly before she turned away from him. "Your training won't allow it. You're a good boy, who follows the rules when it comes right down to it, and stolen kisses in a garden are as far as this is likely going to go. We both know that." She admitted it for the first time out loud, and the admission was even more horrible than it was in her head.
"Or are you going to prove me wrong?"

| He hands would find their way to her hips, spinning her back around to face him. He'd shake his head, "There are things in the Galaxy that one should never pass up. Things that can make your life better, ten folds. One would be foolish, even if they're a Jedi, to let those go. I would rather live my life as an outcast, than live it knowing that on this day, I made the worst mistake of my entire life." He'd stop for a moment, not sure if he should continue on or not. It had to be said, sooner than later.
"I will do whatever it takes..."

| She yelped as he grabbed her and turned her around; she didn't expect it. Ilanah watched him with her deep, hazel eyes and listened carefully to his words before she thought to speak. "You will lose everything if they find out, Kal." She finally said after a long and pensive silence on her part. "Everything you've known.....like....forever." She understood the implications of his words.
While she knew what she wanted, she felt guilty knowing he would ruin his life. For her. She wasn't worth it.

| He knew that once the Order found out, he would be expelled and exiled. He would, however, still have his connection to the Force, and it wasn't the Order that made him follow the Light Side, it was the good in him. He was willing to take the chance. He had always done things for others, his entire life. Now, it was a chance for him to do something for himself, to better his life.
"Lana, I'm willing to take that risk. I'm willing to give it up, all of it...." He would reassure her, hoping she would know that she was indeed worth it.

| "You say that now...." She murmured as she glanced away for a moment. He had only known her a few days and this was really sobering to think about. Ilanah bit her lower lip lightly and frowned for only a moment. The seriousness of the situation baffled her slightly. Finally, she shook her head.
"I'm not good for you. Or anyone really. I'm not even good for me, Kal. I won't let you ruin your life."

| "No..." He would disagree with her statement fully. She was good for him, good for others and especially herself. She just had to realize this. He knew that it had only be a few days, but that didn't matter to him. His feelings were real. More real than anything else he had ever felt.
"I'm not ruining my life. In fact, I would argue that I have and will make it better. I've gone my entire life, not knowing what something like this feels like. Not feeling the touch, the spark, between myself and a woman. Before I came to Naboo, I was just another Jedi, but now, now I'm a person. One that has feelings, one that knows someone has them for me. You say you aren't good for me. After hearing that, can you still say that?"

| Ilanah watched him with her dark eyes and then dropped down to sit on a bench. She reached over and touched one of the petals of the flower on the fine next to her. "Now that Ive heard that, no, I can't say that...." She murmured before she moved over on the bench so he could sit.
"What do we do now....?"

| Noticing that she had moved over on the bench, he figured that meant for him to sit next to her. He sat down, looking over at her, "What do we do now? I say we get back up, go back inside, grab some drinks and have some fun....maybe you can even show me how to dance?" He would say to her, with a little enthusiasm behind his words.

| Ilanah nodded slowly. She was still thinking of their discussion, and while he had convinced her somewhat, she was not entirely convinced that this was what was best for him. He didn't want to change her, though, or so it seemed. People had tried to; seven-day boyfriends who just wanted at her trust fund, and the likes.
"Sure, we can dance. You wanted to earlier and....Lord Whatshisface...." She obviously didn't think highly or arrangements like that. Nobility only marrying nobility seemed like the stupidest idea in her mind. A small smile crossed her face as she turned her attention fully to him. "You know I am not actually old enough to drink, don't you?" Ilanah joked.

| He grinned at her as she mentioned that she wasn't old enough to drink, "That's never stopped you before, has it?" He thought about what he just said. This was a totally different Kal. He had never been like this. Had the Jedi Order actually brainwashed him, and now Ilanah had opened his eyes? All he did know was that she was more than likely one of the best things to have happened to him. His mind had been finally opened up and now he was seeing how a normal person saw the world.
