Greetings and felicitations on behalf of myself, The Honourable Hubert Ordan, Governor and Justicar of the Axum System settlements within the Chommell Sector; and my Lord Rothburn, by the Grace of the Force, Secretary of State for the Colonies of the Axum System and those of other provinces of the Azure Imperium.
I would like to ask if I might be able to engage your transport company Chommell ImpEx, Inc. to become the official Azure Post Office Courier for the region. This would involve running a daily ship out of our settlement within the Chommell Sector directly to Chommell Minor to deposit any packages or other shipped items/communications as might be required.
I've attached a copy of the T&Cs below, do let me know if you'd like to take us up on this. We'd much rather have real people doing our work than farming it out to the Federation and it's distinctive.. personnel.

Contractual Provisions for becoming a Local Courier for the Azure Post Office
Obligations
- Daily flight out of our Colony to the Chommell Minor depot of the Azure Post Office.
- Carriage of all items and cargo sent via the Azure Post Office.
- Your corporation would be required to have at least a million credits worth of anti-piracy insurance (this is the maximum value permissable on one mail courier)
- At least 95% of scheduled courier flights must run unless acts of the Force preclude this.
Benefits and Renumeration
- Four hundred thousand Republic Dataries a year.
- Discounted fuel, insurance and many other discounts even when not on courier duty.
- All ships flying the route can bear the Azure Post Office symbol.
- Your company may use "By appointment to the Post Office of the Azure Sector".
- You as owner of the company will gain an Azure Affiliate Priority Traffic Pass, allowing you and your personal craft to bypass the lines at jump points, refueling stations and a host of other Azure Sector facilities.
- Your company will have first option on providing the service in any expansion of Post Office activities in the Chommell Sector.
- Contract granted for twenty years tenure (unless Obligations are breached severely).
