Minor Cygnus Fleet Correction

| I'd like to correct my error and note that all Cygnus Forces use a variety of fightercraft and the Rothana fighters standard aboard certain ships are to be considered to be too expensive for the Cygnus Empire to upkeep.
As such I'd like for them to be a mix of:
HH-87 Starhoppers, Toscan 8-Q, Cloakshapes etc as previously. Cheaper to maintain ships = a more affordable fleet.

| Cygnus fleet already has a listing of '8-12x Starfighters per system (seven systems; Cloakshape and Toscan 8-Q starfighters, all old and some lacking munitions for combat.'
I assume that fits the bill?

I'd like to go back to the selection of older ships like the Starhopper etc
