| It's going to be a ship which bang post one is launched from a hangar using rockets to burn it up to ridiculously high speeds. Second post flying and impacting the shields of the other ship.
At the front it'll be using its mass, a number of breaching charges and mines to blast through shields on anything less than 4 clicks long instantly. In that same post it'll adhere to the enemy hull.
Third post it burns its way through the hull. Fourth post deployment of troopers aboard enemy ships.
It needs an enemy ship to be probably at least 200m long to be able to lock on as its front adhering surface is so Vigo
Then attempt a boarding assault with its regiment of marines.
On planetary landings it'll deploy directly to the ground as quick as appropriate and can land at the foot of a citadel wall and use its cutters to breach in just as effectively as a ship.
Shield power ? Frigate strength front quarter for two posts, then cr 70 level weak corvette sauce.
