Cygnus Forces in the Ord Wylan System (to save time with two requests)

The Cygnus Army, Ord Wylan Regiment
~800 Fit for Service, armed with blaster rifles, pomp and circumstance. (Poor morale and will likely run at their own blaster shots)

The Duchy of Ord Wylan
2 Gozanti Cruisers in poor repair, a third non-functioning due to being scavenged for parts
On Paper: 25,000 Regulars (also serving as police)
Reality: 2,000 can be assembled for Battle doing anything other than defend their town. Around 1/3 of these will be reliable under fire. Defending the capital there are about 2,000 more men who will come to the walls if there is combat nearby.
Several laser cannons and repeaters that can be mounted in embrasures.
50 Gamekeepers from the Duke's Estate, these loyal retainers are armed with hunting rifles, a keen knowledge of the terrain and a dislike of trespassers. They wander the woods and hills and would act as scouts.

If there is indiscriminate killing or shelling in the town of Port Wylan, the people of Port Wylan (some 16,000) will begin to unconditionally aid the defenders.

The Royal Starfighter Corps
9x Cloakshape-class Fighter (Hyperspace sleds available at hangar)

Their main hope is to hole up in the one defensible place, the ancient defended seaport and residence of the Dukes of Ord Wylan. This sea port has the unseaworthy (but can still cruise up and down the coast from port to port in good weather) but still operational in terms of firing its guns "Armoured Swan", this is a backward ship from a backward era and resembles in all technical details we need to know this class of ship. Naturally it's engines aren't coal or anything. But you get the picture. It has a number of projectile cannons with the same yields etc as that ship. Thus the ship can be used as a floating battery by the locals to keep away hostiles.

APPROVED.

Except for the part about how the population would react to the shelling of the city. Mind you, it seems perfectly reasonable to me and if it becomes a disputed matter, I would most likely uphold precisely that sort of behavior. But in accordance with Rule 6.5 I'd rather not have the behavior of the masses determined in advance without regard to what unforeseen circumstances may arise. Standard stuff.
