| Senator Ryuun,
As a Senator from the Rim with ties in the Core. I'd value your broad appeal and credible politics at this upcoming election. I'd like to ask if there's anything I can do to secure your vote this election day, and if there's any area of Government you'd especially like to work in?
As a member of the Galactic Senate and shrewd businessman, I have heard rumour you've got objectives regarding Botajef, I can assure you that my Administration would welcome your expertise in manufacturing being taken out to help improve the Outer Rim. It'd be good to see more competition from the Rimward Shipwrights to counterbalance the bigger Core Yards and those in the Expansion Region and Colonies.
Sincerely,
Chancellor Luneray Kruus

| Senator Kruus,
It has been 'requested' that I choose you as my candidate. Despite my own personal feelings and beliefs, you have my vote.
Regards,
Lomen Ryuun Senator, Druckenwell (103 BBY - 93 BBY) Minister of Economics

| Senator Ryuun.
I wish to ask what I can do to accommodate your own views into my governmental polices? What do you disagree with?
Ideally, I'd like us to work together as friends, but I sense an animosity, somewhere? Perhaps?
I've enjoyed watching your career, you're a member of the Trade Federation but also a maverick, like I was thirty years ago before I sought a different path, I value mavericks. Is there something personally or ethically that makes you feel you couldn't serve in an Administration run by myself?

| Senator,
I have nothing against you. Nothing at all. It's nothing to do with your policies or your views.
Be content that you have my guaranteed vote, Senator. I wish you all due luck with the election.
Regards,
Lomen Ryuun Senator, Druckenwell (103 BBY - 93 BBY) Minister of Economics

| An office allowing you autonomy, and sadly requiring you retire from the Trade Federation for the sake of autonomy, I trust this wouldn't be too much of a bore? I'm sure on such a retirement they'd be happy to grant you a title and pension for the work you did for them, as they did me all those decades ago..
I was thinking something along the lines of my current position (Minister for Economics) or General Minister (Head of the General Ministry), whichever you felt better able to serve in. Perhaps in tandem with Chairmanship of the Finance Committee..?
A fabulous excuse to get away from the Private Sector and into Public Service. Which would then ideally develop your career in time to make you a suitable candidate for even higher office.. What I would propose Senator Ryuun, is to take the skills youve learned in the private sector and begin anew a career in the Public Sector. Working for the Republic.
We're not so different, I feel, careers which due to our worlds and species determined we were forced to begin in Commerce, despite a desire for something more noble? I always (as a lower caste Neimoidian) felt like a fish out of water, even as I progressed and earned, I never found satisfaction until I started to serve the people.
But I can assure you if we secure this election, I will assure it is the people you serve.
What do you say?
(signed)
p.s. And it'd get you out of those damnable board meetings and shareholder presentations.

| Senator,
Considering you have the Trade Federation to thank for my vote, are you sure you wish to part me from them?
That being said, my time at Druckenwell is almost over. I've been approached by a number of like-minded individuals from a different world. I won't bore you with the details, but the end result is that they wish me as their senator. Why, I cannot understand, but it gets me out of the Doldur Sector.
Minister of Economics and Chairman of the Finance Committee... those are terms I can get behind though, Senator. It might do me well to get out of the private sector now that I've sold my business as well.
Regards,
Lomen Ryuun Senator, Druckenwell (103 BBY - 93 BBY) Minister of Economics
