| Mr. Kadram,
As you are aware, Druckenwell Arms is a modest weapons manufacturing plant on Druckenwell, though it is by and large outstripped by BlasTech. I'd like to sell Druckenwell Arms to the Techno Union, specifically BlasTech, which would benefit most from the addition, for the sum of 1.8 billion credits.

| If you are referring to the sale price, it's considerably less than it took to get everything started up. However, the competing interests of BlasTech have driven down profit. Whether or not you keep the name of Druckenwell Arms is not my interest, simply if you wish to buy the company.
While I understand Mr. Kragg represents, by and large, the interests of CCN and BlasTech, you, however, represent the Techno Union for all intents and purposes. BlasTech is a subsidiary of the Techno Union, so it's quite possible for me to sell.
If I must be clear, Schmuel, I intend to sell this company with the least muss and fuss available. If you can't sign an agreement for it with me here and now, I'd sooner go to that prick Stark and sell it to him. You were my first choice and that is why I came to you.

I'm not sure to what you're alluding but we'll puchase the company if it's of the value you claim. The transaction ought to be completed within the minute.

| Ryuun would thumbprint verify for the purposes of the sale before responding to Kadram.
"I didn't see it as being worthwhile to try and compete on a local level with BlasTech," Ryuun responded. "This way, the Techno Union benefits, BlasTech benefits and the plant can continue its work as part of BlasTech, hopefully allowing the workers to see increased paychecks."

I'm sure the workers will profit as will every customer of the Union" Kadram would say and disconnect the communication. Reporting the strange behaviour to the Directorate of the Trade Federation and suggesting an investigation into the current intentions of a Vizier selling off his biggest assets on his world of responsibility.
