| The outraged Nikto species Representative to the Hutt Government would be seen making extremely loud statements across all forms of Galactic media, they'd especially pay for time in the influential core.
"The Lorrdians have without warrant trampled upon the discovery made by my own species, the Drongar System was mapped by us (at great risk to the scouts sent) and when discovered was claimed according to the laws of the Hutt Grand Council as terra nullius.
I am told now that these Outer Rim pillagers, the Lorrdians, have taken over our world, to extract a valuable substance. I ask the Galaxy, how is this pillaging of my people's assets being permitted in an enlightened Galaxy. We discovered the route to the system, we mapped it, we filed a claim with our own Government for this world to be a possession of the Kintan Planet, from which we Nikto originate, and was being held among the many worlds we've discovered as a financial asset.
We will offer Lorrd a lease on Drongar, in exchange for 50% pretax profit on all exports.
If Lorrd rejects this, it is given 48 hours to vacate Drongar, and we will consider a variety of means to ameliorate the situation; including selling the Planetary Charter to any world which will pay handsomely and divest Lorrd of its ill gotten gains, or even contemplate giving the world to the Republic as a whole if we can have assurances regarding our other discoveries..
