Mission Report Combat & Civilian Reassurance Patrol A82:1D
The Judicial Ship Berethon
After the reported terrorist attack at Lorrd we were ordered to make a sweep of the region in order to discern and challenge any conventional military aggression by showing ourselves overtly. My ship is always kept ready to make for deep space and so it was not half an hour from the time orders were in my hands to the launch of our patrol, thanks to the efficient conduct of my crew and the ground staff at the Ord Trasi System.
Day 1
Our first journey took us patrolling along the Myto's Arrow Hyperlane. We exited hyperspace at Dantooine and exchanged greetings and reports with their Traffic Control. Our second jump of the day we took the Arrow again directly to Dubrillion and exchanged greetings and reports. Dubrillion control informed us of a strange sensor reading which we orbited the star to intercept, it transpired to be a piece of interstellar debris with a static charge.
Day 2
Our second day began with a midnight jump from Dubrillion to Sernpindal along the Veragi Trade Route. This was uneventful, on arrival we saw local reports were normal so jumped again to Seline, as this is to be our base of operations for the next six months I exchanged pleasantries and reports before leaving along the Veragi still stopping at Birgis where nothing was amiss. We arrived at the Kanz Sector border at midnight and began our patrol.
*Record continues*
Day 10
After a one day refuel at Seline Base we just set off once again on a patrol route taking us almost parallel to the Veragi Trade Route but allowing us to monitor any who might be at the edges of the hyperlanes with ill intent. We spent the Afternoon at a stopping point used by Merchant ships and got a good deal of local gossip about the Alderaanian Presence now regularly sighted in the sector, but that there hadn't been any major oddities since the raid on Lorrd. After three hours we moved off from there and are currently at the marked point in deep space plotting a logical patrol route for this week's sweep. Notification dispatched to Argazda System that we will perform a patrol of their system tomorrow. As ever have made the locals aware we'e here if needed. No distress calls have been captured by our sensors thus far.
