Mr. Stark,

We have become aware of the existence (on flimplast, at least) of a "Central Worker's Government of Kol Huro." As you know, the Kol Huro Union for Worker's Rights has been the governing authority of the Kol Huro system for hundreds of years. It has also long been the policy of this Union that what is good for the tenant company—at this point in history, Lorrd Engineering—is good for the Kol Huro system and its workers, and Lorrd Engineering has respected the right of the workers to govern themselves. This relationship has been a harmonious and mutually-beneficial one; indeed, there hasn't been a hiccup in labor relations with Lorrd Engineering within living memory.

That is why we hope and expect that you are in no way involved with this "Central Worker's Government of Kol Huro" (whatever it may be), and that Lorrd Engineering will continue to honor its closed shop agreement with the Kol Huro Union for Worker's Rights. We also ask that you bring the "Central Worker's Government of Kol Huro" to the attention of law enforcement authorities on Lorrd; if this entity exists and fraudulently claims to govern the Kol Huro system, it should be investigated to the fullest extent of the law.

For the Central Committee,

I will admit this catches me somewhat as a surprise. To my knowledge, there is no, nor has there ever been a 'Central Worker's Government of Kol Huro.' However, I would not put it past being a trick of Tommen Garth's. House Garth has ever been jealous of House Stark's deeds and factories within the Kol Huro System. As you say, we have never had any issues in the past; my family and your workers, so this poses a singularly irritating issue, should it turn to be true.

I will work with all assets at my disposal to get to the bottom of this issue, and I, of course, will honor the closed shop agreement as my ancestors have. If there is ever anything the loyal workers of the Union require, simply let me know.

King regards,

Alyn Stark
