| Greetings,
I write to you on behalf of QOM, a company on my planet (Eriadu) who are suffering unjustly after submitting a bid to your Judicial Forces and having their prototype accepted, only to be informed half way through development that the project was cancelled, and likewise payments to QOM have been cancelled. I would like to respectfully solicit that you lobby the Judicial Force to retain our prototype and continue making monthly payments, or allow us return of our device as there are not a shortage of other customers for such an excellent craft, just a shortage of working examples.

The cancellation of your project was a decision made by the Judicial Department in accordance with the needs of the Judicial forces. I respect the decision, though my office was not involved in it and I regret any inconvenience it has caused to QOM shipyards. I honestly don't know what the Department intends to do with your prototype, but I will prevail upon them to either release it to you or to continue making monthly payments to QOM for as long as it remains in the Judicial Department's possession. This should incentivize them to return the prototype to you with all haste.
