I'd like to request:

Elon Tarkin be the despotic Governor of Eriadu, known for bribing to secure contracts for his worlds yards with Judicial Forces Procurement. Also to have a 52% share in QOM Shipyards who form part of the mass of yards over Eriadu.

Elon would be a prominent and active Member of The Church of the Kind Deity. This would be a Human exclusive religion common across the Seswenna Sector, descended from Pius Dea but publicly renouncing their methods and violence, also anti Jedi on principle, mostly known as good peaceful people with strange customs but who produce good products. Officially Elon would hold no title in the Church but would also be in a secret explicitly Pius Dea sect of the main church which would be rumoured and occasionally indirectly condemned by the Church itself, however it would be mostly tolerated by the sympathetic laity and clergy.

Elon Tarkin would have paid much of his own money and run funding subscriptions in order to spend enough money to produce a massive center of worship for the Church (which was also a useful way to keep the human population in line, promising their hellish labour would be rewarded in the hereafter). Construction took ten years and was done at immense cost and loss of life by many alien workers.

"The Cathedral of the Holy Flame" is built in one of the poorest areas on Eriadu and is one of the biggest buildings in the Outer Rim over a kilometer long and high. Strangely for a civilian building the superstructure and much of the support for the building is built in military grade durasteel, with huge blast shutters fitted to all doors and windows. It can seat upwards of 2,500,000 in its central great room. Also, while it has no weapons or shields, mountings complete with power sockets have been noted in numerous positions (allegedly for cleaning rigs to hang from) which could hold hundreds of weapons. In the dome, there is an area with a large power generator which feeds nothing that could be easily fitted with a shield.

Roughly 1/3 of the Seswenna Sector would be members of the Church (on paper) active members would be about 1/10th of the Sector Population.

Within the Pius Dea cult he would be a Acolyte, an intermediate rank in the "Priesthood" or "Inner Circle" of the Cult. The Cult of the Redemption (Pius Dea Fundamentalist Branch) would be very small, maybe a few hundred thousand faithful brethren and five hundred inner circle members.

Elon Tarkin would hold nighttime worship ceremonies at a hidden Chapel in the Governor's Palace, in a hollowed out section of the Duracrete armoured terrace which surrounds it. This would be called the "Recclusiam" and be only known to senior members of the Redemption.

Elon's Stuff

The QOM Yards over Eriadu, a yard capable of churning out all types of vessel but generally works as a Rendili subcontractor, doing repairs and constructing vessels on their behalf. Elon himself owns a portion of the shares in a family trust fund but has no overwhelming control over its executives (but is able to request work be done for free and appoint a number of board members), effectively he needs the board to support decisions he makes limiting his power. The QOM Eriadu docks serve as a corporate HQ, employee habitat and dockyards several kilometers across, but unarmed. The Judicial Force Outer Rim HQ is based on the station too. The station is unarmed.

Eriadu Security Force
The Docks in space are under the protection of the Judicial Forces from their Outer Rim HQ based there so the ships of the ESF simply provide policing and customs functions. The army is mostly a police force used by factory owners to smash the heads of riots like the pinkerton agents back in ye olde USA.

Ships (all hyperdrives downgraded to only be able to travel the width of the Seswenna Sector without refuelling, painted in Seswennan scarlet)

CR-90 Corvette (6) - Mostly traffic control, also used as system patrol craft (pickets) that call Judicial Forces to any emergency issues.
Maurauder-class Corvette (3) - Used to hit any pirates detected inbound. The craft aboard are the unpopular R-42 Starchaser.

Palace Forces (Directly under his control)

R-42 Starchaser (40) Governor's Wing based in the Palace.
The Governor's Caravel - Used for official diplomatic missions, hyperdrive not downgraded, carries a pair of R-42s as escort on under wing racks.
The Palace Guard (500) - A regiment of Guard policing the are around the palace, guarding the governor, securing entry and egress and general security tasks. Sworn to the Governorn incumbent by name.
Cultists within the Palace workforce (circa 100, able to collect arms hidden in the temple)
