A search and rescue/salvage company employing 2000 total with 200 based at its Corporate HQ on Nal Hutta.

Jamie's General Transportation and Waste Management

Based out of Corellia, Jamie's General Transportation carries highly radioactive, toxic or otherwise dangerous cargo that the Trade Federation either flat refuses to carry or charges too much for the carriage for worlds to afford. Those working for the company are spacers either extremely desparate for money, stupid or of a species naturally resistant to ionizing radiation.

Hardcell-class Transport (4) These carry toxic and radioactive cargoes from core worlds which produce them to dumping grounds outside the Republic or occasionally deep space and empty their tanks. Highly radioactive and toxic waste ships are a rarely searched class and so occasionally are used to smuggle spice into the core (admittedly the spice is radioactive on arrival but since its already illegal theres no disadvantage).

The Nar Shaddaa Waste Management and Reprocessing Center
A chemical processing factory with a number of large tanks for storage of chemicals. Inside an impressive array of chemical machinery allegedly to process waste. This is for the benefit of the media who are given the tour of the "next generation facility building a better tomorrow". The machinery is all a sequence of props, the scientists are not scientists, the chemical tanks are empty of chemicals. This is a facade as the official destination for the waste Jamie really just dumps. In one of the tanks there is a lab producing spice.

Jamie's Personal Craft

Aboard this is kept his suit of Hutt Battle Armour, rarely used largely due to it being rather tight on the husky Hutt, but also due to its rarity and value as an antique.
Quietly Confident HH-87 Starhopper - Jamie's first craft, of great sentimental value.

The friendship of Jiliac and Jabba along with many friends in the Desilijic clan, no enemies among the Hutts alive. Noted for staying out of clan rivalry and also noted to be willing to deal with a Hutt regardless of clan.

I do have a question in the meantime, in case you read this before I catch you on... that instant messaging service. You don't say so, probably because it goes without saying, but I'm assuming you'll keep all of Jamie's personal and criminal assets of a military persuasion separate from the Cygnus Star Empire, not to be used in defense of the Cygnus Star Empire, etc.? I would appreciate if you expound on this a bit, particularly any situations you can anticipate in which Jamulon's criminal dealings and his position of power in the Cygnus Star Empire could conceivably become a conflict of interest for him.

Okay.

The Criminal assets (thugs, fighters) will be used in the Cygnus Star Empire, so will the already questionable (quasi piratical as is) ships from his Salvage company (the Muurian Transports) may have a role there too. The waste disposal company may have a contract there too, his vessels though aside from the Muurians on the legal side have no practical combat use so I dont see it being an issue, yes some might shift cargo for him in the Cygnus Star Empire, but none are warships and none going to be used to fight for the Cygnus Star Empire. 

Naturally there is a conflict of interest, he's going to award himself excessive monopolies to his companies and make profits from them, and there is of course cross over in some areas between legal and illegal business as there is in all organised crime. Within the Cygnus Star Empire he will commit flagrant conflict of interest offenses and breach trust hugely by enriching himself; however, the Cygnites have been run by an inefficient robber baronry for millennia, and isn't really any different from early modern Kings and Queens giving their chums monopolies or other benefices as gifts, or even granting ones to themselves.

The bits he does illegally in the Republic (say hitting freighters and then coming to their rescue) he can be prosecuted for in the Republic, and his assets there subject to confiscation.

I should add, Cygnus Forces won't be used as pirate forces for Jamie the Hutt, but could be used by him for purposes of State, with the commanders likely to refuse blatantly immoral orders.

So there are a few things right off the bat I am going to Deny:

1x Clawdite assassin- We have made a habit of not including shape-shifters into the roleplay before. I see no reason to do so now. Too many issues, and once one person has them, everyone wants them.

1x Senate Spy and Bug on Comms Array- This one strikes me as rather farfetched. Sure, he could have a spy in the Senate, to an extent, but I don't see the comms array for the Senate remaining bugged for very long. Things like security sweeps, scans both visual and electronic would negate this. Also, I don't believe in one character having that extensive an ability, off the bat, to be able to tap into the Judicial Forces AND the Senate. Not even Jabba had that, I believe. Or the CIS. I don't even think Tyber Zann had that.

Beyond those denials, I'm still looking through this. Give me a bit more time.

Fine with No Clawdite.

Senate Bug, it's something new. Sure Mr Zann never had that, but he was also in an era where the Empire was much more information savvy and essentially at a state of war. Right now, things are peaceful for hundreds of years, noone suspects espionage and the Guard are doubtless lax. Hence in got this bug. Also it's going to take time to decrypt anything juicy so its not like it can be used for instant advantage, just gives JTH a view inside.

Judicial force bug - Not really like its going to be much exciting anyway, mostly procedural stuff. 

Switch the Dunelizard Fighters for 12 A-6 Interceptors, 8 Cloakshapes, since Dunelizards dont exist yet.

Since the Muurian Transport does not exist (it was designed as a competitor to the YT-1300 released in 72 BBY) I am going to move for a different approach.

I would like 8 YT-4210 Transports to replace the Muurian Transports listed initially. The page on them lists "Designed specifically for space exploration rather than combat, the freighter was originally unarmed. However, after centuries of serving, most likely none of them matched the original specifications. Weapons such as blasters, ion cannons and concussion missiles were common in these modified vehicles"

This is an up-armed version seen in one source, I think it is quite pretty. I've put my desired armament on the picture. It brings it in line with the Muurian transport in armament. Speedwise I imagine it's in line with the YT-1300 (75 MGLT).
