| Just to be quite clear.
The current Administration will not permit:
- The Modification of any Being without it's fully informed consent.- Borderline sentient or "Semi-sentient" species cannot give such informed consent and so should not be experimented on without a licensed ethics process governing each case of modification, no species will be mutilated at your peoples hands on my watch.- Repression of the basic rights of sentience in any other way by the Arkanians.- Conducting morbid, illegal or morally ghoulish projects without fully consulting the Republic first.

| Chancellor, if I may inquire, your wording specifically seems to target Arkanians.
Does this allude to allowance of repression of the rights of sentience in such manners by other races and beings?
I feel that such wording singles Arkania out specifically, instead of holding to a broader scope which would encompass all of the Republic.

| On Alderaan as well as a dozen other Core Worlds including within the Humbarine Sector and the Alsakan Sector, those with cybernetics which connect in to their brain, such cyborgs must often undergo a process (of mental evaluation) before being granted citizenship and will find it tricky to get visas.
There is a tendency in such units to cause mental instability and depersonalization in the user. In addition, they are prohibited from all Alderaanian Warships due to their risk as slicing units.

| I've made no claim that I am superior to anyone else, Senator Terrawin. Superiority is a subjective matter, anyway. The Xexto are superior to most humanoid forms in terms of podracing, so I would believe that in such a case, they could well see themselves as superior.
Arkania has never had an issue with the Jedi. Granted, we have not seen a majority of them since the ancient Great Hyperspace War, though some of our people have risen to prominence within the Order.
However, I don't see the need for a Jedi, or for that matter, an SBI field office on Arkania. If it was not necessary up to this point, I do not see why it has become such now. However, I am not above compromise, and Arkania would be willing to accept a Watchman on our world.

| I believe we have all aired our questions now haven't we? Yes Arkania has a dubious past many of its own people even condemn but this is the modern age and this being has agreed to follow our laws and is legally selected... I see no reason to refuse such a delegate entry.
And unless you're a male core noble from the arrow I doubt Prince Ordan would approve of you, so I feel his views must be taken with a pinch of salt..
