| Indeed, I have. In some cases, expansion is necessary. Yes, I intend to propose these policies. In regards to the Security, Judicial, and Intelligence communities; we have seen lagging response, if not outright incapability to respond, to issues on the Rim and elsewhere. Yes, this is a large scale proposal, and extensive in its legislative requirements. As I said earlier, I will be building a government of all talents which will ensure that all have a voice, and many skill sets are in play in leading the Republic forward. These are initiatives which I have deemed necessary for the betterment of the Republic, and change that must come from the Chancellor, not a Senator.
