| Jamulon Desilijic Tiure sat at the head of the top table as the heroes of Ord Wylan feasted and caroused around him. In Orbit sat a trio of Resolute-class craft and the Surronian ship which has Jamie's flag aboard. A couple of small patrol craft buzzed about the system but in space all was quiet, as were things outside the ancient sealed palace-city that kept out the partially toxic atmosphere. Never the less, out there too stood sentinels from place to place.
 Further guests were not invited or expected at present..

| Expected or not, several vessels were to arrive quite shortly. Representing the Judicial Forces, the Dreadnaught-class heavy cruisers Commuserate and Berooken and the Carrack-class light cruisers Remember Mizra and Adamant. Between these two groups sat the mobile headquarters of Adascorp and Vorn Adasca-Draay's personal conveyance, the Arkanian Legacy II, escorted, as a matter of honor, by a pair of IR-3F patrol craft, courtesy of Arkania's fleet. The Republic ships openly flew their colors and broadcast the signal of the Judicial Forces; a show of force indeed, for Cygnus Prime.
Standing on the bridge of his vessel, Vorn stared out at the world centered in his viewport. "Ambassador of the Republic indeed," he murmured to nobody in particular. "Comms, signal their primary control. Inform them we have come on behalf of Chancellor Kruus, to assist the Cygnus Empire into becoming a friend, ally and a part of the Republic." The last was said with no small amount of sarcasm; Vorn had no belief in the Hutts, or any of their ilk, as inefficient and inferior as they were. Of course, it never crossed his mind that Hutts felt exactly the same way about the rest of the galaxy.

The Despot" and cut the comm. After the Republic spoke to the ships in orbit and it be confirmed yes the Republic was here. The Cygnus diplomat on duty replied eventually "jamulon Bey has no quarrel with the Chancellor or his delegates and will meet the Republic envoy either on his palace or in the Diplomatic suite of a Judicial craft which must meet the standard spec and be scanned for bugs and recorders before any talks. Jamulon Tiure requests you send a vessel of the Judicials with a six pack of 42 oz Stonekey Beer tinnies, some meat processed into sticks for easy eating prepackaged and made on A world not involved with the negotiations for snacks on the way there and on the way back. He requests his right to a Judicial officer as his personal guard. Female, brunette and under 30 if possible. He also used the words leggy and buxom but I do not know what they mean. | Keeping the comm channel muted on his end for a moment, Vorn sighed. "He doesn't ask for much, does he?" He asked nobody in particular. "Very well. See if the men have enough of their own alcohol they can spare for the Hutt, put it together along with some of those steaks from Alderaan, made just the way he asked for." The second part was directed at a nearby Judicial ensign, some of whom were on his ship at the moment to help coordinate with the rest of the fleet. "As for a guard..." Vorn sighed in exasperation. "Conscript Lieutenant Jellers and have her don a guard uniform. Yes, yes. I know she is normally part of the engineering crew, and I know she doesn't quite match the Hutt's description of what he wants, being blond and more boxy, but she'll suffice. After all, it's a compromise sort of situation."
Reopening a channel, Vorn spoke again to the comm officer on the planet. "Inform Jamulon Tiure that the shuttle will arrive presently along with what he asked for to retrieve him." Closing the channel, Vorn beckoned to a nearby Judicial lieutenant who stood the bridge with him. "Come with me, if you please. There is a few things I need to do before we all rendezvous on the Berooken."

| Jamulon would wait in his armour, slightly intoxicated, for the shuttle to arrive. A few lackeys and drinking companions up on the top landing pad too, leaning around on their arms and drinking, carousing and singing.

| The shuttle descended to retrieve Jamulon, bearing steaks and alcohol and the unfortunate Lieutenant Jellers, dressed up as a guard with all the right equipment. In short matter, the shuttle would return to the Berooken, where Vorn was waiting. As per Jamulon's request, there were only two Judicials present. One was Lieutenant Jellers, who would accompany Jamulon to the meeting room. The second was a Yaka, Jormun by name, who had, less than twenty minutes prior, been sworn temporarily into Republic service in the Judicial Forces. There was no clothing that would fit him, but he wore a cap by regulation and stood at ease. Vorn, however, was already seated, awaiting the Hutt.
