| Chancellor Kruus reclined comfortably in his office. A TC series protocol droid brought the Chancellor a tray of light refreshments as he sat in the nice office and generally enjoyed the fact his seat appeared to have a swiveler build in to its controls allowing an automated rotation to face incomers.
"The representation of the Jedi Order are here to see you" came a voice from the communicator on his desk, he swivelled around and pressed the reply "by all means have them come up, they are most cordially welcome" he said standing to greet the Jedi who would enter the door on the opposite end of the office. Yes, theoretically he did not need to honour them by standing when the Order was the servant not the Master of the Republic, but he craved their friendship and so calculatedly stood and waited for the entry of the members of the Order.
