The droid, odd as it was to see, was something of an obstacle. There were several things Kane could do, most of which involved lightsabers, acrobatic use of the Force and plenty of jumping, dodging, weaving and deflection of blaster bolts. However, they were all, by and large, inefficient. What Kane did do, however, without much need for gesture, was to reach through the Force and crush both barrels of the droid's weapons directly after it locked on. A half-second later, he activated one of his lightsabers as well. Forty meters away or not, the droid might have additional armament, or extra help, though it did not seem likely. The only real danger the droid possessed now was that if it fired, it was likely to blow itself up.Added (07 May 14, 9:01 AM)

The droid fired, unaware that both of its blasters were damaged. It was a rather quick process, and the unwary automaton's weapons overheated, overloaded and the droid blew apart in a spray of flame and smoke, it's mechanical pieces scattering across the area. Having raised an arm to shield himself, Kane was pleased to find he was untouched by the debris. He turned and made for the hole in the house, only seconds behind Krax.

Krax was busy picking through things, all to his benefit, no doubt. Kane, however, was drawn to the unconscious Antiquarian. Injecting the fellow with a mild sleep sedative, guaranteed to have him out for a few hours, Kane set to searching and, in little time at all, had located the key. It was neither a fake key nor a fake key imbued with the Force to make it resemble the real key; no, the Force told Dalamar this was the genuine item. Slipping it into a sealed pouch, he returned to the Antiquarian and hefted him onto a shoulder easily.
"Get whatever last bit you want. It's past time to be gone." Breaking into a light jog, Dalamar allowed it to turn into a Force-propelled sprint, easily gaining the hole in the wall and heading back to his ship, all with no sign of authorities on the way.
