| An automated courier would return to the Cygnus Star Empire, titled for a 'Mr. Tiure, Bey of the Cygnus Star Empire, Esquire, etc.'
Within, the holo-message was simple; a one-way thing. It showed Alyn Stark sitting in a nice, comfortable easy chair, with a glass of Huttese brandy in one hand and the bottle next to him, with the label clearly visible.
"Mr Tiure," the hologram began, "I am Lord Alyn Stark of House Stark, one of the three remaining founding families of Lorrd. I find the words levied against you by the members of the Lorrdian Anti-Slavery Society to be unjust, at least said such in public. Between us, though, I find them to be fanatics and I deplore their activities. However, they've brought you to my attention. You see, I have a very lucrative business with Lorrd Engineering. However, I'm short on workers. Perhaps we could meet somewhere neutral between us? My ship, perhaps? I've just commissioned a new yacht and I'd love to break it in.

"Unfortunately, because of who exactly you are, in terms of species, deeds and overall personage, I fear that a majority of the personages of House Garth would protest, quite loudly, were I to openly travel to Cygnus Prime for a meeting with you. If you were to come here, under the guise of meeting with the Lorrdian Anti-slavery Society, I feel you and I could do business under such cover as is necessary without arousing any suspicions otherwise. It would also serve to turn any issues the Anti-slavery Society has with you towards other targets that you could no doubt paint for them.

The Cygnus Star Empire is neutral space, if it does not suit, then perhaps Hutt Space would be more to your liking? I am not visiting Republic Space, you forget there are those in the Republic who hunt me for wholly unjust reasons and I am not going to risk dangling myself into their clutches and spending more years in a Republic Jail. If it is such a matter of concern, I would be willing to meet at the Hutt-Republic or Cygnite-Republic borders, these are the only spatial areas I will meet in. The Republic is not an option."

"However, going too near Hutt-Republic space or Cygnite-Republic space puts me in more danger than I'm comfortable facing, as well as running the chance at placing a blot on my sterling public image. However... true neutrality, then? Somewhere outside Huttese influence and Republic influence?
"The Kol Huro System, then, Mr. Tiure. It's not a member of the Republic; instead, it's an owned protectorate of Lorrd, or more specifically, myself. I can't think of anywhere more neutral to meet than a factory system, after all. It means I'm forced to guarantee your security above all else. "The Kol Huro System is effectively within the Republic. It's surrounded by Republic space. Unless I get a signed declaration of Diplomatic Immunity from the Chancellor and the Jedi Council I'm not leaving my domains or the firendly domains of Hutt Space. Why don't we just do this over holo, or on opposite sides of the Cygnite-Republic border? I'm not venturing half the Galaxy into Republic space to meet anyone. Holocomms are what that is for."
