| I'm back, though not in the same capacity I was hoping for in AGW. I've decided it would be easier to focus more on my characters on a personal level, rather than focusing on the organizational crap. Basically, the business would take a backstory to Tremaine himself. The only reason I asked for this is so Tremaine can have the financial means and resources to do what he want.
Tremaine would inherit his deceased father's manufacturing/selling weaponry business after a lengthy legal battle with his stepmother over the will, and use it to finance his vigilante missions. Tremaine's father was in the military for a long time before he became a successful weapons saleman. Tremaine's parents had him late, and the father would teach him how to do a lot of military stuffs. Thus, he had a very deep militaristic sense of loyalty to the Republic, but he didn't want to join the military because he wanted a life with more flexibility. Eventually, his mother died from a cancer and his father remarried a couple of years later but Tremaine never got along with his stepmother. When his father died from a tragic "accident," he had to fend his stepmother off for a year before finally inheriting the business and use the financial means and resources to fight crime wherever he sees (using an alias, of course).
The business would be called Fowlkes Arms, Inc. As well as the business, he also inherited a HWK-290 light freighter.

| I'm willing to Approve the stock HWK-290 that you are requesting offhand.
As for Fowlkes Arms, Inc. I'd like some more information such as location and scope. As far as I can tell, we're keeping initial businesses of this sort to the smaller side of things, at least starting out (don't quote me for sure on that), but I'll need more information before I can vote on that part.

| The reason I didn't say where I'm establishing my business is because I was kind of hoping that once this request gets approved, Tremaine would use the money to purchase either a small portion of farm land on the edge of Moses Reach or that long-empty building on Garang to be used for Fowlkes Arms, Inc. It wouldn't be that big of a business, just making enough products in order to make enough profits to finance his personal vigilante operations. There would probably be business transactions and such, but for most part, the company only serve as a backstory to Tremaine.
I'm focusing mostly on the personal development of my character.

| Well, you may have some competition for the building on Garang; I think I saw a storyline involving it up on the Dantooine board; of course, you're welcome to try for it. As for a lack of establishment, I can understand it being somewhere in a different sector and not being set specifically within the three sectors of play on this site.
As such, I APPROVE of:
- Fowlkes Arms, Inc. as a small weapons dealing business
You should be good to go now. I'm leaving this open for a few days if any of the other managers want to comment on it, but if there's nothing within 3-5 days, I'll close it up.

| I have a clever suggestion. What if Fowlkes is the owner of his father's company, but the company we see in the RP which Tremaine uses as a front is actually a subsidiary of the larger company which Tremaine has set up on his own to keep it out of sight and out of mind? This would keep your character history unchanged (and the source of Tremaine's wealth) while explaining why the company we see in the RP is a start up that's rather small. Basically...
[PARENT COMPANY "FOWLKES ARMS, INC.", TREMAINE IS OWNER] (we don't see this in the RP)

[SUBSIDIARY COMPANY BASED ON DANTOOINE, TREMAINE IS OWNER AND CEO] (this is Tremaine's front company)
