"We control or have influence in more space than ever before. These worlds must pledge their sovereignty over to us, and a new golden age must begin. We should be respected for the superpower that we are; and if that will not be given, it must be taken."

Personality: Self-centered and egotistical like most Hutts, Malum also sports an unrelenting temper and violent streak lending to his nickname. Ever the opportunist, he is always willing to exploit literally anyone and everyone for his own personal gain towards his end goals. He is the living embodiment of the philosophy of "the ends justify the means". He will show due respect to all Hutts, and hold the slave races of the Hutts slightly above other beings.

Background: The son of Zordo Jahibakti Norvo, Kajidii of Jahibakti Kajidic; he was raised from birth as an exceptional Hutt. Being from a family of arms dealers, he knew at an early age all there is to know about weapons. While his father was reeling from a Republic crackdown due to his funding of the Mandalorians during the Mandalorian Excision in 738 BBY, he was seen as a new face for the family's arms dealing and in 458 BBY, became the family's forefront arms dealer. He maintained his family's close relation with the Mandalorians, funding and arming the militant factions in exchange for protection. A few years later, he was also given control of Jahibakti operations on Jilrua.

He is one of the principle financers of the Trade Federation, having used the previous century to establish himself as a legitimate businessbeing through arming several planetary and corporate security forces and the foundation of Jahibakti Arms, Faljozic Intergalactic Shipping, Nasirii Entertainment, and Jilrua Risk Control Services, all of which remain today. He is the first Viceroy of the Trade Federation, serving through the company's first ninety years. Once he deemed the venture mature, and due to internal pressure, he stepped down as Viceroy, leading to the Neimoidian dominance of the company that remains today. He would remain a member of the Directorate until it is discovered that he helped arm the Stark Combine, which led to his ouster following the Stark Hyperspace War. Following his st

He would attempt to fund the foundation of the Tagge Company, but is denied with the Tagge family fearing his domination of the company as he had done so with the Trade Federation. This rejection would cause a feud with the Tagge family that lasts to modern day. This would be his last legitimate business deal.

He slowly becomes known as an opportunistic dealer of death. Arming both sides of the Nozho-Weogar War on Clak'dor VII, which led to the Bith refusing to do business with the Trade Federation until he steps down from being Viceroy and funding and arming both sides of the Gungan-Naboo War, at first the desperate Gungans and then the naive Queen that had replaced the Jafan dynasty, are among many incidents leading to his reputation. In particular, his double-dealing on Naboo would lead to both sides becoming infuriated, but at the same time, both still required his services to obtain victory. Upon the achievement of peace, he received a lifetime ban from the world of Naboo, and the incident also became the only roadblock to his obtaining the position of the Trade Federation's first Senator.

After several scandals in Republic space, he returns his focus to the Outer Rim once more, providing arms to the settlers of Tatooine and soon becoming the sole arms dealer on the planet a mere five years later. His work would lay the foundation to his Kajidic's portion of the Hutt power sharing agreement for Tatooine between the besadii, Desilijic, Faljozic, Jahibakti, and Nasirii Kajidics. He does not stay out of Republic space for longer, however, once again arming the side who will pay the most in the conflict between Garos IV and Sundari, which he had done so in the previous conflict. In addition, he arms the Rodians in the Trade Conflicts and the Death Watch in the Mandalorian Civil War, whom in return have provided protection ever since to him.

He is approached by Governor Crion in arming the Telosian Security Forces in preparation for war with Toprawa. The resulting revolt and overthrow of Crion's government would damage his profits for sometime, leading to a turn towards more outright underworld practices, at least more so than already.

Becomes known as a close supporter of Supreme Chancellor Kalpana. This relationship would lead to his spearheading of the gathering of resources, assets, and materiel of the Katana Fleet. The effort is largely profitable for himself, during which he embezzles several millions in Republic funds. The act is largely unnoticed when the Katana Fleet is swept under the rug following its loss. Kalpana, however, ends their relationship, which leads to his vindictive arming of the Stark Combine, and as mentioned earlier, ultimately leads to his ouster from the Trade Federation.

After being kicked out of the Trade Federation, secretly joins Black Sun. He follows this by arming the Yinchorri in their revolt, but is able to keep his role largely secret by posing as a rival Hutt. The effort largely supported by Black Sun and the profits from his arms deals for them leads to his becoming the first Vigo appointed since the purge experienced before the Blockade of Naboo, by Underlord Dal Perhi.

Before becoming a Vigo, following the Battle of Naboo, he attempts to establish himself on Naboo by taking over Borvo's former operations, only to be repulsed by the Royal Security Forces and a people who remember quite well, surprisingly to himself, his lifetime ban on the planet. After the loss of Tatooine to Jabba's brutal takeover, his father dies from stress, leading to his rise as Kajidii of the Jahibakti Kajidic. He vows revenge upon Jabba and the entire Desilijic Kajidic.

With his focus now on leading his Kajidic, his goal of becoming Underlord of Black Sun Syndicate, is slowed if not halted. He takes advantage, however, of the weakened Faljozic and Nasirii Kajidics who were also uprooted by Jabba's powerplay, offering them safehaven on his throneworld of Jilrua, which they accept, on the condition that the entirety of both Kajidics become subservient to himself and his Kajidic and no longer choosing a Kajidii. The move greatly increases his power, and his ultimate push towards the goal of re-militarizing the Hutts and re-establishing the Hutt Empire. He has recently become known for his strong support of the Separatist Movement.
