| I think that, should we go the suggested direction; we need to keep the health, and ability of the RP in its current state, in mind. With a replacement Governor and/or Queen (or King), I believe that this allows a more open situation, and also more RP potential (e.g. organizing a formal IC election involving the Naboo characters who chose who they wish). However, with this, there is the risk of things becoming... uncontrolled and unrecognizable to outsiders. With Canons being played be dedicated players and not Management allows more RP potential versus Management control, but requires an immense amount of dedication from the chosen player. We've seen before that when a player in such a position loses their dedication or commitment, the RP can in fact wilt and die. These are just my musings however. I would honestly favor, however, a hybrid scenario; a player controlling Jamillia and some worked out reason for Bibble to be replaced, either temporarily or on a permanent basis which results in his return somehow within the year, or which some machination which results in his "stand-in" role at various times.

| There could be an election for Sio Bibble's temporary replacement, and in fact his replacement could be subject to politics and he himself could be replaced (or she herself). This would provide the political vibrancy which I think you're interested in, Jaron. It would also be an IC mechanism to solve the potential problem of someone being inactive in the role. Whatever we end up doing, I do think it should involve the Governor of Naboo only; I've come to this belief because, thinking about it, the Queen doesn't have much to do really, especially if there is a Governor. Having the Queen be off-limits also keeps a second option open to management to deal with people who aren't active in the Governor role, if need be.
But for the time being, considering the membership of the Royal Advisory Council isn't fleshed out at this point (beyond Antar, that is), and since Antar is interested in the role, I would suggest we let him have it and then let political events on Naboo run their course.
