I was told I could request a base of operations at a later date. Here it is. Sorry for taking so long to post stuffs here. Anyway, I think Darwin would like his Freedom Warriors to place the base of operations on Bimmiel. It wasn't a very well known planet until the Yuuzhan Vong period, despite the Jedi having presence on the planet. I think this planet would be a good launching point because most of the Republic threats happened to be in the Outer Rim, I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong, though.

Just a moment while I refresh my memory on the original Freedom Warriors request.

Okay, I'm good. But just a quick word on Bimmiel first. Wookieepedia says "it was named after Bimmiel, the Imperial scout who rediscovered it." The Empire doesn't exist yet, therefore there's no Mr. Bimmiel, therefore it hasn't been named Bimmiel yet. I'm fine with it as the location of your base, but since it's located in the MZX33291 system, presumably the planet is called MZX33291, not Bimmiel. Just something to remember.

So, when you made your original request for the Freedom Warriors, I bought the Tales of the Jedi Companion to find out everything I could about them. But it turned out to be this thing made out of paper called a "book," and I tried to use Ctrl + F to search for the Freedom Warriors, and it didn't work. And there was no index, so yeah, it took me some time to finally find the reference to the Freedom Warriors (on the third-to-last page, of course!). Here's what it says:

"The Freedom Warriors, though not a Force-using group, assist the Jedi Knights in the upholding of justice and peace throughout the galaxy. These fearless soldiers take up responsibilities too politically inconvenient for the Republic government or too resource-heavy for the Jedi to handle, given the coming conflict [this is a reference to the Great Sith War, I think]. You joined the Freedom Warriors like your father before you, and his father before him. You believe in the Force and the goals of the Jedi Knights, and you now serve in any way you can. You have recently been assigned your first duties as a full-fledged Warrior, and you hope to eventually become the leader of your unit."

In other words, it's pretty much exactly what you wanted. It doesn't tell us much about what exactly their relationship is to the Order, but the info is still handy.

Anyway, I do vote to APPROVE, as long as Bimmiel isn't referred to as Bimmiel. We're still going with a 100-strong force at this time, right?

Okay, then I'll need to remember to refer the planet as MZX33291. And yes, 100 warriors is still the ideal numbers I want. Any other questions?
