| I am pleased to announce the reopening of the board, with the following rule caveats.
1) Each player (not faction), is allowed to make two (2) requests per week. They are expected to be of a length within reason.
2) Each faction is allowed to swap vessels, buy new vessels, upgrade fleets, etc, once per month. This will prevent the constant swapping and flip-flopping that has been seen lately. Events such as fleet destruction, theft, etc, will be taken into account in the need a request must be made early.
