Local Jerne Defenses
A local force of 6 Gun Tugs would be operated out of Jerne under local control, as part of the transfer of military control back to the locals.

Thranta-class Overhaul

The Thranta-class will be outfitted so it can carry different modules so it's actually got some use, two of each module would currently be in existence.

- Emergency Response Pod
The Thranta-class will be able to have flight decks replace the Cargo Pod's emptiness and carry

36x Dagger-class Starfighter
3x Sprint-class Rescue Boats
- Cargo Pod- The configuration seen in Graveyard of Alderaan
Can carrry a lot of cargo. Probably circa 100k tons. Can be used for landing, putting down the ramp and just disgorging tanks like a diamond-class but this is a bit crass for Alderaanian tactics.

- Submarine Deployment Pod
(These deploy fast deployment submarine firepower albeit with little surface-surface capability and being ponderous when not in the water)
Stingray-class High Speed Submarines (6)

Stingray-class Combat Submarine
Submarines with the ability to return to their mother craft in orbit and to be deployed from orbit.
Length: 60m
Speed: 200 mph Underwater, Atmospheric 500 mph ascending, terminal velocity descending, able to be dropped from orbit, de-orbit down using its small sublight engines and hit the ocean so as to launch it into an initial drive.
MGLT: 25
Crew: 8 + 12 Droids
Maximum Depth: 50 km
Deflector Shields: CR70 equivalent.
Hull: DP20 equivalent (hull has to be ridiculously strong to resist damage from extreme depth, requiring on armor not shields to resist pressure.
Armament: 2 Forward Warhead Launchers Fires homing advanced proton torpedoes, these work underwater only (6 per launcher) and also carry 3 Concussion Missiles (can only be used out of the water) each, 2 Rear Energy torpedo launcher, 12 energy torpedoes per launcher, 2 Laser Cannon Turrets, 1 Repeating Blaster (Conning tower)
Compliment: 2 Mini Sub/Escape Pods.

- Rapid Deployment Pod
12 Kappa-class Shuttles and so reconfigured allowing the ship to carry either 100 Infantry or 200 Compressed Hunter Killer Droids, also 2 Hulk Droids in place of late AT-PTs.

It can hold a maximum of 3000 Organic or 6000 Droid soldiers

Little bump here needed. Just some ships to leave Jerne with when we cut them loose and a modular capability for the Thranta-class rather than it being quite what it is now as oversized, able to carry a lot of cargo, but undergunned - perfect for converting those cargo bays.

If need be I don't mind trading a little current fleet capacity - say some Mules - for these craft to be so modularized.

I approve of 6x Gun tugs for explicit use at Jerne and Jerne only.

Thranta-class Emergency response Pod

I approve of 36x Dagger-class fighters
I approve of 3x Sprint-class rescue boats
The cargo pod is on hold since I can't seem to find an image of it.

Submarine Deployment Pod

I am willing to approve of the pod idea, however, before I give the go ahead on the submarine, there are some edits I'd like to see made.

1) Drop the top water speed. It's a submarine, not a race car.
2) The energy torpedo doesn't have set ammunition
3) Too heavily armed for a 60 meter submarine that also has high shields, high armor, can fly and be dropped.
4) I'm good with the ability to be dropped, but being an actual submarine and not a fighter, I'd like to see it have to be retrieved, rather than fly into space.

Rapid Deployment Pod

Deny fully and forever the AIAT and AIAT/i unless the following conditions are met:

1) It's being requested for Judicial Forces
2) It's being requested for Mandalorian forces
3) It's being requested as a personal starship.

How you feel about the TriMark VII is about how I feel about the AIAT/i. Sorry man.

It's a fast submarine. Like a large subfighter and I don't see why such craft couldn't be efficient especially within deflector shields which reduce air resistance and so should reduce water resistance. There majority of ships such as these can go in atmosphere/space and underwater, but these are slow used other than underwater it's armament is based on the U Boats of ww2 and is actually quite limited. On the surface it can only deploy its laser cannons and otherwise just has torpedoes, reasonable surely on a high performance combat submersible with limited self retrieval capacity.

As for the deployment transports they're welcome to be a variant model as I note with lower armament (A predecessor model), without missile launchers they're hardly the dangerous craft they are otherwise.

The cargo pod is just what it says. A cargo container module.

I shall re-word that, then.

I don't want to see a submarine that fast. Granted, there aren't a lot of submarines in Star Wars, but let's try to keep it on the level.

Good on the cargo pod, at least.

In regards to the AIAT, it sort of presents its own image. I feel it would be more fitting, with the role that the AIAT has, if you were to make your own ship for rapid deployments. If you're looking to use the AIAT itself, that's what I'm against.
