Is the CR70 dedicated at Jerne, or is it an addition to the Alderaan Space Fleet?
I Approve of the ship as a minelayer, but, as in your other two requests about sleeper mines, deny that part due to stealth technology.

| I APPROVE of everything except the CR-70, which I vote to DENY provisionally because I'm going to need to consider it in conjunction with the rest of Alderaan's fleet, and it's a rather open question how long that would take and I don't think you want to hold up this particular request unnecessarily. To be clear, I might be (and probably will be) perfectly fine with it, but I'd recommend requesting it separately so at least we can get the bulk of this request approved in the meantime.
I am skeptical however about these:
Quote 40 Platoon Bases - Smallbases for around 50 soldiers. Located near towns. Usually have a pair of patrol vehicles and anti-air fire. 50 man garrison as standard.

2nd Colonial Guard Division (Full strength Mechanized division c.40k) to be tapered down as the civilian work went ahead.
Surely you could control Jerne with less than half this number of troops. Why such a dramatic investment of troops and resources? 40 bases with 50 troops each? You shouldn't need more than 1 or 2 of these "platoon bases" on the whole planet. Just seems strange, is all. What possible benefit to Alderaan justifies such a large and logistically complex deployment? I think your average Panteer soldier would derisively call it a "Rimstint."

| To be honest the development on the ground will be about 1/10th of the Original construction projected since the importance has not shifted to Yavin and founding the base there, this has become an un-wanted sideshow. In my "Ordans new Army request I have requested some droids to leave there as guards, who would slowly be pulled out in time. Probably alongside a Regiment of Infantry, reduced in a month to a Battalion, then a month later a Company..
Essentially the prefabricated outpost bases would largely never be deployed or evacuated. Leaving a fraction of their number back.
Note the XX-7 Mules requested would still be bought but a portion would be left here and a portion taken to other Alderaan locations.

| The overall manning levels of Jerne will depend largely on the requests (Ordan's droid army) going on elsewhere.
Manpower would be phased down though. Perhaps 4 Mules initially left, then 2, then 1 over the months.
