| I'm almost sold on the cloaking device, believe it or not.
But I'm going to stick with precedent, as Mike says.
I'm mostly in agreement with Mike on his other votes as well. So I'll just post where I differ.
I vote to DENY all Shard, Emulsifier, and Shredder weapons.
I vote to DENY all capital-grade custom designs for the Kerubielites; namely, the Eviscerator-class. The Nightship I'm okay with, however.
I vote to DENY this:
Quote Crown_Prince_Ordan ( ) 3-4 days non-lethal nausea, disorientation, balance issues, slurred speech, oaranoia, fear, peripheral hallucinations, blurred vision and confusion.
The theater shield I vote to DENY. How could Kerubiel possibly have gotten one?
Again I must DENY all custom designs without statistics that can be referred to and officially approved of for use in the RP; that is, the Nightmare Strikefighters and Hellwing Interceptors. I'm also very skeptical of Kerubielite manufacturing capability.
I'm wary of even 4 robot ramships. I'd like to hear more about how you foresee using them in the RP.

| It's a bit late now to be voicing this, don't you think?
The custom fighter designs have stats. If you read the request of the A-6 Interceptor and the Toscan 8Q Sienar Variant respectively.
In all fairness you've had months to get to this and I think voiding all the RP done with the Kerubielite capital ships is rather unfair. As stated, they're ancient examples of lost designs then refined through generations of raiding across the fringes of the Galaxy, including the Unknown regions beyond Terminus, with alien technologies added over centuries onto the original ships making them totally unrecognizable..
I've actively RPed with these ships and to considerable effect, as Adam posted they were approved.. If you like I'll see theyre rapidly destroyed but I think blanket denying them when I believed them to be approved is pretty cheap. We've also discussed them before OOC, I wish you'd have raised this three months ago..
Can I ask why on the shard, emulsifier and shredder weapons? When this post here discusses that they're effectively variants of existing SW tech.

| I agree it's rather poor form on my part. "Better late than never" is an idiom that probably doesn't apply in this case. Nor is it any comfort to say "don't RP with stuff that hasn't been definitively approved" when it took me an unreasonably, interminably long time to post on the request. For this reason I don't propose to undo any RP that has taken place involving these ships or weapons. I can also compromise by accepting some of the Eviscerator-class ships, though I object very strongly to your description of them as alien technology from beyond the known galaxy—I doubt I've ever approved of such a premise, nor would I. Nor, also, would I approve of the Shard, Emulsifier, and Shredder weapons for NPC use. I don't question their plausibility or the existence of similar weapons in the Star Wars universe. They're plausible, and analogs of them do exist in the canon. But I wouldn't approve of those analogs either, any more than I approve of these—at least, again, not for NPC use. I've been rather consistent on this in the past, whether it's been Jaron's Mandalorians or Stark's Shadowguard.
And the adverse effects of the black smoke place it in violation of my admittedly generous interpretation of Rule 3.1. It isn't fatal, so nobody is really "destroyed," but I think it still qualifies as "catastrophic."
The Strikefighters and Interceptors I'll (probably) be fine with provided there are referenceable, reviewable statistics posted for them.
In closing, I can explain, though not excuse my delay in posting on this request. Considering the vast multiplicity of currently-open requests, some are necessarily going to be more important than others. This particular request is so exotic and out of character for you, and Kerubiel so minor a character at the time, that I had every reason to assume you didn't intend to use any of this in the RP any time soon. That assumption was wrong, but it was the basis for me posting on what I perceived at the time to be more time-sensitive requests, including several of yours which were more time-sensitive. It's far easier in principle than it is in practice to say "if you posted more quickly on requests, they wouldn't pile up," but the pile-up is nonetheless a fact and nothing at this point, save for a 5- to 7-day moratorium on new requests, is going to give me an adequate amount of time to post on all of them—time which, lately, I've attempted to spend engaging people IC; Kragg's Senate application, Van Zant's meetings with various Jedi, Mercurio abdicating the throne, etc. Time constraints being a fact of life, I must consider requests in relativity to all of these other things and decide which of them is most useful for the site at a particular time. And I assumed at the time that Kerubiel was low priority.

| Well, since they've already been RPed I'll just have them exit RP via a big explosion ASAP! This okay?

| They're all dead and except their bank vault haul hidden somewhere so secret it can only be revealed by scraping off the portrait signature he made on his last few works, dissolving the substance in water then leaving it to freeze when the "Memory fluid" will recover its normal form.
Not that anyone would know that, unless they had a copy and would notice the painting was oil but there was a something wrong, the signature seemed to be in a crumbly white material with a magnetic sheen.
