| It's just that it's clearly a pivoting turret on the design. Lets drop the special effects, beam etc, this is all becoming overmuch for the sake of wanting to have two turrets on the ship.
We will say due to the Beam weapon having power problems when drawing from the main power grid, they were scrapped.
Instead they ordered a pair of premium grade but very costly Taim and Bak model, the DBY-825 Heavy Dual Turbolaser Turret (a predecessor to the later famous DBY-827, but with a slightly slower turning turret than the later model which would also have 10% greater firepower). The price of getting a high replacement was hoped to alay disappointment at the fact they had miscalculated on the power requirements of the original gunnery.

| The beam turrets at 10 HTL TEP weren't acceptable to me. Provided those are dropped in favor of DBY Dual HTLs (which I assume do rotate... the rotation isn't all that crucial to me), then I APPROVE.
