Please issue a writ that the "Protected Worlds Treaty" is in violation of the sovereignty of the Galactic Republic and so is a legal nullity. As such these worlds are to be considerered in defiance of the Galactic Republic. They are to be offered a chance to return to the fold, elsewise I fear the use of forceful chastisement may be necessary.
The instigator and ring leader appears to be the Republic of Manda. Against which I will act decisively with vigarous measures to bring them back within the Galactic fold.
