The Judicial System here is very swift and it seems extremely inventive in it's punishments. Malachi Kruus has been lobotomized to the point he no longer defined as a sentient being, a cyborg aware of his actions trapped in a living hell - and as the ones he attempted to Defraud, he's en=route in a livestock container to your Office On Lorrd. He's now designated as having been sentenced to the Status of a Lobotomized Combat Drone, his "Remote control device" a Droid Caller, is packaged in with what is left of Malachi Kruus.

Frankly, death would have been Kinder, but if it amuses you to see the lawyer who prosecuted your world and then broke the law himself in such conditions I suppose it is justice of a sort.
