Each member of the Order or Jedi seconded to the Blue Jedi would be given a Blue Beacon console in order for them to file regular reports of their position and status. They could also use the console to signal various "codes" in the event of different occurrences etc. It was a simple easy to operate system.
(OOC: Please keep this updated where Blue Jedi and Jedi seconded to the Seswenna Sector are located and use this system to call for help etc.)

The High Council will take into consideration your request for this "Blue Beacon" communications technology. In the meantime, you and your students are expected to continue using the standard-issue technology that Coruscant has provided for you.
Additionally, you are formally invited to discuss with us your proposal for a "Seswenna Jedi Council." We're willing to have our "contemplative reveries" interrupted for such a discussion.

This should be considered supplementary to and not replacing existing Jedi protocol or technology. A Seswenna Council is just the simplified shorthand for the Council of the Jedi Academy on Seswenna and generally operating and recruiting from within the Seswenna Sector. Naturally, all academies have a Council.
