KDY would like to offer you a one time 10% discount across the board on modernizing your defenses.
Those CR-70 Corvettes are more a liability to your world than a defense, why not switch them out for something a little more useful? Perhaps a pair of Ice-class Picket Corvettes would protect you better and be more useful into the future.
As for those A-6s, fine craft, but had you considered switching them for our new Rothana Interceptors equally our anti-capital craft could be useful to you. A squadron could help blunt any capital-class attack considerably.

I thank you for the kind offer, but Baltimn is not a warlike world, nor do we see much in the way of issues. Having a newer, more modernized space force might well put us on the map as a potential conquest. Furthermore, our remote location is precisely why I'd like to keep our forces smaller. We're a neutral world in most regards.
I appreciate what you've put forth, and they are very fine craft you've designed. They're just not for us, though.
