| Quintus Stark was far too intelligent to respond openly to a missive sent in such a fashion, especially from an unknown contact. One didn't simply go to the top and contract a Black Sun Vigo for such a shipment out of hand; there were channels to be followed, even among criminals, and while Quintus didn't precisely hide his connection to Black Sun, he didn't put it out there, or truly have a clear-cut connection. Still, he would go about seeing some discreet inquiries made among his men. If the person contacting him was serious, they'd likely contact him again, perhaps through some of his higher-ranked underlings, so that he could verify it wasn't a law-enforcement sting.
