I, Leofric of the House Jafan have today begun the settlement of the Devros System by right of Terra Nullius I claim it for myself and my House. As a world settled by Republic Citizens we will Govern Devros according to the laws and customs of the Republic. Devros will welcome all offworlders who wish to settle and grant land to all. We are also open to oppressed minorities, slaves and those held in debt bondage who will be granted asylum here.
Jafan is to be a new start, and from it's capital New Theed I shall build a melting pot of toleration that welcomes all.
