| To the Usurper Mercurio, a greedy, cold hearted, amoral, selfish man and no King.
I quit, and I intend to immediately partake in a self-imposed exile. I won't participate in a political system where there the Naboo live off the wealh we take from the Gungans. They're primitives who need our help, aid and understanding to be developed into a modern society. But you hold them down for your own selfish greed.
You are amoral, greedy, and show none of the virtues of Kingship. The Jafan Dynasty was bred for leadership and lead well, now only rich aristocrats get power, men who care for themselves and their interests. My ancestor Jafan I cared for one thing, for the betterment of Naboo, and for all who lived there. Until a similarly just ruler is in power I will not spend another day being ashamed of what the man who wears the crown says.
Fear not, coward. I will not raise the people against you. I will not advocate for Justice because I know that it will come. The march of justice is unstoppable, and I urge you to mend your ways and make good your evils, or one day there will be a reckoning, and you will, if the mob spares you, be alone and cold in a cell, without your gold hat or sycophants, and in solitude you shall then atone.
The Galaxy has those who strike off the heads of tyrants. I warn you whispers spread of the dawning of liberty coming from the stars.
While you can, use your time, recant your path and turn to goodness.
