I would like to offer you my sincerest sadness for the various environmental and radiological difficulties Lorrd has had since the recent terrorist attack. I have had to drop all my Senatorial work and spend time in the lab, but you'll be pleased to know I have found a compound that I just today had patented that allowed the quick and safe cleanup of radioactive matter even from hard to reach places like the sea.
I'm willing to sell it to you at cost (since I self-financed my means limit me from donating the compounds until my new Pharmaceutical Factory is completed, at which point I will doubtless be able to produce as much as is required. At present unfortunately I am limited to the quantities the Humbarine Sector Science Department allowed me to have synthesized in their facilities, but which is more than enough of each type of AntiRad.
The AntiRad Line is the only comprehensive personal, environmental and atmospheric answer to radioactive contamination. I have a hundred cargo containers filled with suitable proportions of each type of AntiRad to fit your planet. The bill will be attached and I think you'll be pleased at it's moderate price considering the speed with which the product was rushed through trial so we could help your world.
I would love to visit Lorrd sometime, perhaps in a moist warm region if there is one? To see the environment my work is to protect and rebuild.

Senator Kruus, your offer is greatly appreciated; especially in conjunction with the atmospheric cleaning method prototyped and about to be utilized from Lorrd Engineering, alongside our own domed environments that have been recently erected around all major population centers and areas of importance. Between your own products and our safeguards, it should be enough to prevent too many issues on Lorrd.
In regards to a visit, I'm afraid we can only offer deserts and ice, more or less, but a suitable internal climate could be easily adjusted within a number of our structures.
