Dear Sirs,

Following questions being raised regarding your safety procedures, the Military Arms Regulation Bureau indicates it is likely to undertake a full inspection of QOM's Eriadu Yards in one standard week. We will naturally need to go over -all- accounts of the company, all labour records, safety procedures, etc. Essentially anything written down since you produced Republic vessels we're going to need to audit.

In addition the actual manufacturing processes will need to be investigated, as well as to the application of Republic Labour Law to all citizens in the employ of QOM aboard your docks. We apologize if this process causes any stoppages in production, we estimate it ought to equate to no more than a month's shutdown, spread over sixty days... pending a clean bill of health for QOM. Should there be further questions or legal matters raised, production may have to be halted further.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Yours Sincerely,

Gregorius Gemmell

Constitutional Lord Protector of Utrost.
Director of the Military Arms Regulatory Bureau.
Order of the Canted Circle Member.
Retired Director of Republic Intelligence.
