If the shipyard is able to make them, you may negotiate the deal for the production of these craft. Use this to build relations between the Federation and Druckenwell so you may be generous and give a few percent extra profit for them, have them it is as a sign that the Federation respects its affiliate worlds and will reward loyal worlds as a benevolent patron.
Were going to release a sister line at the same time. The Senator Ryuun class, a Freighter. This will raise your profile throughout the world and Galaxy. On many worlds the name Ryuun will be spoken and I believe you will be aware how awareness boosts a mans profile. We have great hopes of you in galactic politics.

I don't see why the shipyard couldn't make them. I've already put forth the schematics you sent to me, and the Druckenwell-class met with instant approval. I don't see any reason why you wouldn't be seeing several of these ships quite soon. I anticipate that production on the first vessel will begin later this week. Likely before next Primeday.
You do me too much honor with the freighter, and you have my thanks.
